Power station of aspiration of the effluents of boats
Principle
Our range is built around a power station with vacuum. This technique consists in creating the vacuum in an intermediate tank thanks to a pump
especially conceived for this purpose. The difference in pressure from approximately 1 bar compared to the atmospheric pressure, involves the aspiration of the fluids
on a height of approximately 10 meters thanks to a pump of a real flow of 150 l/mn (9 m3/h). The fluids are thus aspired in the tank, without never passing by the pump. The vacuum pumps are equipped with filters antiodeurs to avoid any odorous gas release in the atmosphere.
Two advantages:
- practically null maintenance of the material,
- possibility of aspiring solid parts in suspension whose allowed size will be function of the diameters of passage of the selected drains.
Standards
Conformity to standards NF ISO 8099 and ISO 4567, relating to waste of the sanitary facilities on board boats.
Application
For a fixed installation, the central part of aspiration can be installed at an unspecified place of the harbor and the points of aspiration can be off-set to be close to the boats to treat. The power of the vacuum pump used and its flow allows the creation of complete networks. These networks can be set up over lengths being able to reach several hundred meters and comprising a great number of points of aspiration. Us to consult for particular request:

The strongest model in the range of the Rheinstrom Pump-out Stations. With a capacity of up to 18 cbm/h ( 300 l/m) the pump S300 is one of the strongest pump on the market.
The well known advantages from the Rheinstrom Pump-out Stations like
a housing in brushed stainless steel, full removable doors, a solid hose rail with internal holder of the pump-out nozzle are a standard on this plant. Due to the coin insert which is placed on the front door of the plant
the Pump-out Station will be controlled. As an option the control mechanism can be changed to key switch, tokens or card reader.
The inspection of the pump can be done through the removable front door. The plant will be delivered ready for use including a high flexible suction hose (15m) and a Pump-out connector concering ISO 8099.
