he floating elements from concrete have perimetrical shell still also in the bottom, so that the centre of the weight of the manufacture to be low so as a result that exists behavior floating elements as constant. The weight of floating elements per M² deck is at least double in comparison with the corresponding floating elements that are manufactured up to today.

The Meeco System is the most popular inland floating dock system in the United States. An unmatched record of success on flooding rivers, fluctuating reservoirs and frozen northern lakes proves its outstanding quality and durability.
Heavy duty Meeco System platforms are ideal for floating restaurants, ship stores and buildings. Other applications include ADA fishing piers, courtesy docks and fuel docks.
Low maintenance, minimal winterization and impressive looks are a few of the advantages that make the Meeco System the best inland dock.

Obtaining high buoyancy and being able to offer a range of variable configurations was a paramount objective whilst designing the Xrosswater® product. With lightweight structural strength aluminum extrusions attaching the thermoformed floatation units and creating the inherent backbone to the system, the product offers a universal solution to your requirements. Further information should be obtained prior to ordering large platforms, as wave motion, anchoring and weight displacement factors need to considered, together with the use of additional cross-bracing to strengthen against wave roll.

Floating platforms are suitable for one- and multistorey buildings, for the construction of supply stations like petrol stations, serviceplatforms, restaurants or for swimming islands.
Loads of e.g. 1000kg/m² or more are realizable without any problems due to the technical construction.

FLOATING PLATFORM
Martini Marinas floting rafts are suitable for public use, one module or multiple modules, equipped with ladders.
The Similteck resin staves are brown and dark brown colour , anti-slip, UV resistant, anti-mycotical, no splinters, no special maintenance required, similar to natural wood, with a series of unequal veins, created on purpose by a special moulding process. The Similteck staves are injection moulded and have a radiating section that dissipates the accumulated heat under the solar radiation, whilst others extruded plastic staves available on the market have full section, and become very hot when exposed to the sun in the summery months.
- Synthetic resin for plastic floats, filled by expanded self-extinguishing closed cell polystyrene; floats are acid-proof, resistant against the sea agents and UV stabilised.
- Anticorrosive aluminium alloy for the floats supports, constantly in touch with water.
- Hot dip zinc-plated steel frame. This material grants the necessary mechanical resistance to the wave-motion and to the boats random actions. Moreover Martini Marinas has checked its resistance against the corrosion.
The design of the Martini Marinas floating platform is in harmony with the marine environment where they are installed.

This big buoys are based on a modular system and tailor made for any particular need. This particular modular system can also be transported and positioned at a very low cost. In 2007, our company projected and built these "monsters" with the capacity to face the most adverse meteo-marine conditions without any difficulty.
A giant 4.3 Mt diameter Resinex catamaran model Pem 43 buoy, with a net buoyancy of over 20 tons and with a Marimatech quick release hook (www.marimatech.com) mooring system was installed in Venezuela (at Carenero, in the state of Miranda, 250 kilometres east of the port of La Guaira) to be used at the PDVSA oil company's terminal.

It is portable, durable, stable and more versatile than a traditional dock.
Yakima, WA, February 11, 2008 – Walker Bay® Boats Inc. launches the AirDock™, a new innovative inflatable dock that is designed using their proprietary AirWeb™ High-Pressure Construction (patent pending), making it the most rigid and stable inflatable dock in the world. “As product innovators we are constantly developing ideas and identifying new opportunities,” said Paul Roberts, VP of Sales and Marketing for Walker Bay Boats. “The AirDock is not only fun, it is one of the most useful and versatile products for on-water living. The added benefit of being compact and portable makes it ideal for boaters, campers and cabin owners.”
Durable, Stable & Versatile
AirWeb is formed from a heavy-duty seven-layer polymer coated fabric that is joined inside by thousands of drop-stitch fibers, much like an elaborate web, making it possible to inflate to more than 6.5 PSI or 0.45 bar. This creates a rigid platform that is strong enough to endure several adults, kids and even the family dog. Underneath the deck, there are four Aqua-Loc™ ballast bags (patent pending) to trap water and prevent the AirDock from slipping on the water’s surface. The result is an extremely stable, firm platform that one can walk on, or even dive from. The16 heavy duty stainless steel D-rings are attached in the same way as the towing rings on inflatable boats ensuring the dock will be secured to your boat, anchor or other docks. At a little over 60 sq. ft., it makes the perfect dock for swimming, sunbathing, wake boarding, water skiing or diving and with the 360 marine rope handle it’s perfect to dock your personal watercraft or tie to the stern of your pleasure boat.
Portable, Stowable, Easy to Use & Maintain
Unlike a traditional wood dock, the AirDock is compact, stowable, and requires no maintenance other than simple cleaning. Weighing only 22 kg, and measuring 90 x 50 x 32 cm (deflated) in its own custom carry bag, the AirDock is easy to pack away and stow in your boat, camper or cabin when not in use. Each dock comes with a high-pressure hand pump for quick inflation. With an expanding range of accessories, the AirDock offers the options of utility covers, coolers, pillows and sun covers.
Pricing and Availability
The AirDock retails for $1,999 and comes with a 6 month limited warranty. Measuring almost 8ft in length and beam, and with a thickness of 8 inches, the AirDock has more than one ton of buoyancy. AirDock will be available in April 2008 through Walker Bay Dealers & Distributors.
