STEELDECK's patent pending design delivers an ultra strong, environmentally-friendly decking surface with a life expectancy of up to 50 years that requires near zero maintenance under even the toughest fresh and saltwater conditions.
Designed For Durability, Safety And Comfort
At the core of STEELDECK is 14-gauge virgin steel combined with 35% recycled steel. On its surface is a field-proven weather resistant PVC coating that is textured to provide an all-season slip resistant deck.
Additionally, STEELDECK panels are perforated for fast run off of surface water, snow and ice; to dissipate lift pressure from storms and turbulent water action; and provide light penetration from above. And the insulating properties of the PVC coating leave the surface cool to bare feet even in the heat of the Arizona sun.

The similteck staves, bearing in mind the respect of the environment: made in polyolephine resin, they are a valid solution against the deforestation of the tropical forests, in compliance with ISO 9004:2000 standard that recommends the analysis of the impact of the product on the natural resources. Available for the dunnage of pontoons, gangways, fingers, the similteck staves have nice aspect in all similar to the natural Teak, thanks also to the unequal cross grain obtained by a special injection moulding process. Compared to the traditional wood dunnage, the similteck staves offer a greater resistance, total absence of splinters, an antimycotic surface and they do not need maintenance at all. Manufactured in two different tonalities that in the dunnage are randomly mixed in order to reproduce the natural coloration of the wood, the staves maintain their colour whilst the exotic wood, after some months, turns to a permanent grey. The similteck staves dunnage consists of removable modular panels, whole panels or equipped with lateral service ducts, allowing therefore the access to the below part in which there are the water and power supply systems.
