This three storey floating property has offices, conference rooms and a sailing school. The open location of the premises, just outside the dikes in the IJssel lake, and the height of the building mean they are vulnerable to the wind. Extra stability was provided by linking two hulls together and adding extra stability walls to absorb the pressure of the wind. Steel rods anchor the walls to the cement hull.
