| The DockMaster Storage & Billing module is a slip, rack, and yard management system that works in conjunction with VisualMarina and Reservations. Storage & Billing is the core module of the DockMaster marina management system. A database of customer boats, slips, racks for boats, or other storage locations are maintained by the system. Information such as location, length, beam, draft, height, type, electric, water, phone for boat, and availability is kept on file for each slip or rack. Storage and Billing interfaces with Reservations, Point of Sale, Service, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. |

| The DockMaster Reservation System assists in the management of slip reservations and identification of availability. For billing and checkout purposes the system accumulates all charges for a transient slip customer. Interfaced with Storage & Billing, Reservations gives you complete control of your marina facility. Reservation Entry provides the user with the ability to enter customer/boat information and then search for availability based on the information given. Only date of arrival and length of stay are required to check availability. Other information is available if the customer requests amenities. |
