The HELIX represents a significant advancement in skimmer technology. This circular brush skimmer is the result of several years of research and development. We have overcome the challenges presented by this circular design by engineering a unique brush drive train and combing mechanisms. RO-CLEAN DESMI has recognized for some time that circular skimmers have considerable operational advantages over square or rectangular units – namely that the oil is able to flow freely onto the brushes from any angle, which is especially important with heavy and thick oils that do not flow well.

The RO-MOP is ideal for recovery of light, medium and emulsified oils in rivers, lagoons, swamps and other inland waters. Long lengths of mop can be used enabling oil some distance from the wringer unit to be collected.

The Shallow water suction skimmer is a robust lightweight skimmer head,ideal for use in shallow water or areas where use of large skimmers would be impossible.
The skimmer is a free floating suction head which will recover up to 30 tonnes per hour, depending on pump/oil type and viscosity.
Easy to manoevure and simple to use plus its flat shape, the skimmer can be used in very inaccessible areas such as under piers and around jetties.
