Eight different specular models
Downwards opening vertical sliding window powered by electric actuators. Designed for internal installation and available in various widths (from 1.1 to 1.74 m) and heights (1.42 to 2 m), each adapts well to both port and starboard installation. Constructed in AISI 316 stainless steel varnished black (standard), with 8 �?? 10.4 mm thick glass.

with incorporated plasma screen
Automatic two-panel patio door in AISI 316 highly polished stainless steel and bronze tinted 10mm thick tempered glass. The two side panels are fixed while the centre panel slides from left to right. The left panel is slightly wider than the others and can accommodate a plasma screen (supplied by the customer) protected by a clear pane of glass; if requested the screen can be made to rotate 90° inwards towards the interior of the salon making viewing more pleasurable and also facilitating any possible maintenance. Four panels and twin motors
Powered four-panel curved patio door. Designed for internal installation, the structure, with two fixed and two simultaneusly sliding panels, is in glossy polished AISI 316 stainless steel and 10 mm thick tempered tinted glass. The upper cross bars are varnished brilliant white. The doors are operated by an external push button and electronic key controlled by a multifuntion microprocessor and are supplied with a telediagnostics control panel, emergency battery backup power, an internal standard push button panel with status indicator leds and a manual safety release in the event of a power failure. Automatic safe-closing features open the doors if they contact any resistance to closing.

Trend has been producing curved glass for over a decade and has developed an almost unrivalled expertise in producing complex single and double curved shapes for marine applications. Curved glass is produced using press tooling, which the Company has developed and manufactured in-house. The Company has an extensive range of existing tools and can also produce custom tooling to suit a designer's exact requirements.
Complex curved shapes require a checking fixture that verifies the accuracy of the glass during manufacture. Please contact the Product Engineering Team as early as possible to establish the best method of production.

The Ultimate Exterior Sliding Door Solution developed by Rondal over the past two years was designed entirely in-house. The doors are electrically powered, feature inflatable seals and are available in both flat and curved styles. The doors also have the option of being single or double leaf with a choice of window panels. Each door is supplied together with a frame and control system as a plug-and-play unit for easy installation in yards.
The doors can also be manufactured in various materials including aluminium, stainless steel or composite. A yard may also choose to make a wooden door to fit into a Rondal frame. Safeguards are applied to prevent accidents and all doors will be approved as ‘weather-tight’ by certification authorities, such as Lloyd’s, ABS, DNV and GL.
The characteristics of the Ultimate Exterior Sliding Door clearly appeal to both technical staff and interior designers alike.

Bi-fold and sliding companionway doors are engineered with heavy punched mechanical joints for added strength. The aluminum frame is finished in a weather resistant polyester powder coating. Taylor Made® tempered safety glass or acrylic panels are optional, with custom shapes, sizes, and designs available upon request. EPDM sponge gaskets and vinyl for watertightness. Available with stainless trim and sliding insect screens.

Trend has produced a range of companion way doorways for access to the below deck area. Frames are available in aluminium or stainless steel. Glazing panels can be either curved acrylic or toughened glass, which are available in optional tints.

Trend has manufactured stainless steel and aluminium framed patio doors for more than 20 years and has perfected the art of curved doors for the past decade. All doors are manufactured to meet the requirements of the Recreational Craft Directive (ISO/DIS 12216~94/25EC).
Stainless steel, vertically curved four panel patio door. Tinted glazing is optional: the available colours are bronze, grey, green and blue. All doors come with high security locks and three keys.
