Rust-free molded composite drain pan is designed for quick removal of condensate water. Innovatively designed sloped channels route water rapidly to a choice of three easy to plumb drain locations. Experience better noise reduction with a built-in cushion system that minimizes vibration to the deck. Additionally, the innovative mounting clips utilize vibration isolators. As shown in the photo, the optional moled compressor sound shield maximizes noise containment.
*Reduces the average installation time by 10-20 minutes |

The Cuddy dc system is designed to provide cooling on small boats without an onboard genset. An extremely compact 3,500 BTU/hr (1025W) air conditioner with a dedicated power module will use power from 12V batteries to make your cabin a refuge from the heat and sun. The Cuddy dc unit uses globally accepted R417a non-HCFC refrigerant, and can be used with a 12VDC system.
Dometic recommends a separate set of batteries for the Cuddy dc air conditioning system. Deep cycle AGM or Gel Cell batteries are best for this application. The dedicated power module (DPM) is designed for the air conditioner, seawater pump and control only, and should not be used for other AC devices.
*Approximate current draw: 29 amps at 12VDC
*Plug and play installation with simple 12V connections
*C system ready – simple 12VDC connections
*Copper tube/aluminum fin evaporator coils are designed for hot/humid marine environment
*Washable air filter included. Micro-particle filters available
*Compact – about the size of a battery box
*Cuddy DC can not be upgraded to digital |

Marine Air MCW Chillers are designed to cool and heat large yachts, up to 200ft (60m). Multiple chillers can be staged together to meet the required capacity for the application, while also allowing automatic load and power management in light load conditions.
*All MCW chillers are pre-charged with refrigerant and tested at the factory.
*Customized systems with up to 6 chiller stages on a common base with headers can be ordered.
*The chiller can be installed in the engine room or other mechanical space.
*In addition to the chiller, the chilled water system will require a seawater pump, circulation pump, feed water accessories, air handlers sized to the cabins, and cabin controls.
*Three different electronic control options: Integrated DDC on each chiller,
*Chilled Water Master Control (CWMC) in multi-unit panel, or Tempered Water
*Logic Control (TWLC) in multi-unit panel. (Multi-unit panels include breakers and contactors for chiller and pumps, along with many other options.)
*Scroll compressors provide low power consumption and reliable operation.
*Co-axial cupronickel seawater condenser coil and stainless plate coil evaporator. |

The Marine Air Chiller Compact is designed to cool and heat boats in the 40ft to 70ft (12m – 21m) range that want the advantages of a chilled water system without the typical high costs and complexities found in larger systems.
Multiple Chiller Compact units can be installed to meet the required capacity for the application, while also allowing automatic load and power management in light load conditions.
*All Chiller Compact units are pre-charged with refrigerant and tested at the factory. The chiller can be installed in the engine room or other mechanical space.
*The chilled water system will require a seawater pump, circulation pump, feed water accessories, air handlers sized to the cabins, and cabin controls.
*Integrated DDC electronic control operates and protects the unit by monitoring the included aquastats and high and low pressure switches.
*An “OTS”Chilled Water Master Control can be added for more advanced features.
*Rotary or scroll compressor provides low power consumption and quiet operation.
*Co-axial cupronickel seawater condenser coil for high efficiency and long life.
*Optional “Green Gas” R-407C (non-HCFC) refrigerant available. |
