The innovative Southco® Polar Latch design integrates magnetically actuated push-to-close convenience with secure deadbolt engagement for marine cabin applications where rough seas can cause enclosure contents to shift suddenly. The latch functions equally well in vertically aligned (drawer) or horizontally aligned (cabinet or wardrobe) applications, and is compatible with soft-close drawer runner systems. As the latch aligns with the frame-mounted keeper a magnet draws the deadbolt securely into the keeper with a soft, confirming click to tell the user that no additional action is needed to secure the door or drawer. Pressing the handle releases that magnetic attraction, disengaging the deadbolt and allowing the door to open. Marine grade material, stylish design and attractive finish options enhance its value as an ergonomic solution for upscale marine cabins.

The Jefa teak cockpit table is 350 mm wide and 650 mm long when folded in, and 700 mm wide and 650 mm long when folded out. The table edges are made of solid teak and the core is made of 20 mm plywood with teak veneer. The blades are joined with stainless steel hinges for long durability. The cockpit tables are always delivered unvarnished to allow the owner to use their own teak protection system like teak oil, single of twin component varnish. It is not advisable to leave the table unvarnished as it will become dirty after a short use.

The newest seat base from Llebroc Industries, the Helmsman Bolt Down Base Stand is available in two models with variable height adjustments.
The LLE-5410 features a 4" mounting post which is adjustable from 18" to 28".
The LLE-5409 also has a 4" post, but adjusts from 23" to 33".

Pedestal bases for manual seats are in marine grade 316L stainless steal, provide full 360° rotation and include gas-lift height adjustment with manual locking. On automatic seats all cables pass through the pedestal to the controls on the armrests.

The Zwaardvis 76mm Fixed Table Pedesals are engineered with aluminum extrusions and a variety of castings specifically for the medium cruiser market. All columns are tapered on the bottom to permit a secure fit into the base while for easy removal and storage. Table support options allow for fixed or leaf tables. Fixed tables are designed to receive a dual tapered column while the leaf supports receives a single tapered column. Both styles permit removal of the table surface for convenient storage.
