AquaDomi concept
We have tried with AquaDomi to integrate a number of contrasts in one concept in order to unite the best of both worlds. It is a floating residence that combines the comfort and the spaciousness of the house for boat with the boat’s location and mobility.
AquaDomi is a product that combines unique architecture that is tailored for the owner’s individual needs, with the economic and quality advantages that a rational production offers.
This idea has served as inspiration for the three well-known designers who have designed the AquaDomi circle houseboat A228HB01.
The idea
The main idea is to follow the principle about “center and front”. Room and terrace elements are placed around the central base and can be arranged according to the customer’s needs and wishes. Each element has a surface of approximately 25 m2. |

FOUR SEASON VILLA 101
A floating villa is a house for boat built on massive house pontoons that float on water, the whole construction being securely moored under the water surface. It ascends and descends according to the water level. Usually floating villas are a part of a bigger unit, a whole Marina Village. The villas can be easily reached by pedestrians from land by floating piers (in some cases for boats by cars too).

SCANDINAVIAN ARCHIPELAGO VILLA 106
Scandinavian Archipelago Villas are suitable for permanent residences or vacation homes. Architecture is inspired by North-European boat sheds.
We exclusively rely on the highest quality Marinetek sailboat house pontoons in all of our Marina Housing floating structures. Marinetek house pontoons are thoroughly tested and type-certified as durable and heavy-duty steel-concrete pontoons that will have a long life-span. They tolerate the wear and tear of icy conditions and they are exremely stable in rougher winds. A house pontoon weighs about twice as much as the construction built on top of it. Our pontoons are longer and wider than the mass of the house. Finally, the complete floating structure is securely moored with seaflex rubber cables to massive concrete boat anchors on the sea floor. Because of all these factors our floating structures on Marinetek pontoons are extremely stable.
Total energy economy
Our condominiums are equipped with energy-saving airheatpumps. During the hottest time of the year this technology is used for cooling the rooms and when it is cold the air is used for heating purposes. Into the technical unit representing the very latest development a hot water boiler is connected. During the coldest winter period additional heating is generated with the help of electric radiators. The floors in the wet rooms are heated with electricity. In addition, ecological solar collectors are placed on the roofs, a solution that produces hot household water in the sunny summertime by very low energy consumption. When possible these condos consume electricity that is generated by wind power.

Built structure of the floating villas
Our floating houses for boats are factory-built in a warm, clean and stricly quality-controlled environment and they normally consist of 1-3 house modules. These are then transported to the construction site either by land or sea. The ready-made house elements are lifted on top of the house pontoons at the building site. The tougher than usual conditions prevailing in the vicinity of seaside regions are taken into consideration in the over-all construction and choice of materials for all Marina Housing units. The window frames used are fixed which is why there are separate vents for efficient ventilation. The marine doors leading to the terraces are high-quality sliding glass doors

| Two houses for boats that are connected to eachother by two plateaus in between. One plateau can be used for parking cars. The second plateau is a large terrace. The house contains 140m², spread over two levels. From the entrance you can go down half a level to the sleeping area, and up half a level to the livingarea. |
|
The livingroom of this villa appears as a glass cube at the water. The terrace can be reached by stairs from the livingroom. This terrace is carefully situated on the southwest side of the house.
In the original design 2 different models were proposed, in which the kitchen-area differs. One with a slant roof, which flirts with the boat houses from the thirties opposing the site, and a more modern one in which the cube is finished with horizontal lattice-work. A nice detail is that the blinds in front of the windows, though in the same material, can all open differently.

|
A massive yet streamlined appearance. A real frontside and backside and yet it isn't a boat. The livingroom looks like an elongated piece of rock that is carefully shaped by a sculptor. The roof merges into the facade and seems only to rest on the wall at the entrance.
At the Westeinderplassen this unique home is moored. The sailboat house proves that living on the water has come to a higher level. Several living-magazines noticed and published this house.
Under the waterline a lounge and a cinema with 20 boat seats is situated.
