RUDDER BEARINGS AND ACCESSORIES
ACC Marine provides Accurate bearings in a self-adjusting standard sleeve type, self-adjusting roller or plain roller.
All bearings are manufactured from corrossion resistant materials and feature non-metallic rollers. Bearings and shaft seals are removeable for service and maintenance.
We supply rudder shaft accessories such as shaft seals, flanged bearings, bearing races, bearing housing tubes and tiller plugs.
We also offer a line of replacement bearings that will retrofit systems using Harken bearings. |

| All NAIAD thruster control packages feature a main electronic enclosure for simple installation. The thruster system can be easily fitted with numerous control locations for convenient thruster operation. For both hydraulic and AC electric systems, the control package can be supplied with our fully variable (Proportional) feature which provides total thrust control by permitting the output of the thruster to be throttled using our joystick by the operator. The heart of the proportional control is a PLC, which is programmed to suit the application and is often configured to encompass many ancillary hydraulic shipboard systems. |

Perfect for both yachts and commercial vessels; the CCO (Conversion & Change Over ) manifold is a unique and patented modern approach to hydraulic full flow-up power steering. Instead of relying on complicated and troublesome mechanical follow-up devices the CCO simply converts the oil flow into an electrical signal. This signal is transferred to an SCA amplifier,
which controls the hydraulic power units. In the event of loss of electrical power the manifolds automatically reverts back to direct manual hydraulic steering. The CCO is easy to install, safe, and simple. This makes it perfect for new construction or for retrofitting existing hydraulic FFU systems. |

DIA-LOG is an electronic control system with a double adjustment ring, developed entirely in digital technology. The inertia unit identifies and processes vessel rolling. The signals are instantly processed by the electronic regulator, which directs each fin to the required position at a certain speed for generating a suitable righting effect.
DIA-LOG's flexibility can be seen in any conditions (including rough sea and anchored vessels). Moreover, easy diagnostics are a routine feature due to an archiving system of all data. |

The model 7171 is manufactured in all bronze and stainless steel, and is suited for installation anywhere on the ship. Its watertight construction will not allow seaspray to enter the unit.
This device is a full follow-up rudder control. It is equipped with a detent in mid handle position; the straight ahead position. Moving the control to either port or starboard will cause the rudder to follow proportionately. In order to complete a system of this nature, a feedback device connected with a link to the rudder stock, such as our Model 7174, and an electronic interface will then give the operator complete control over the rudder. This is possible at all times since the control and the 7171 correspond with the rudder position.

Steering levers come in two basic variations: the "jog" lever (JO100) and the "full follow-up" lever (LC100 FFU). The advantage of using "full follow-up" levers is that the handle will always reflect the vessels accurate
rudder position. When used with an autopilot or amplifier movement of the handle to port or starboard sends an electronic signal to the directional valve on the hydraulic power unit. |

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS
Our steering cylinders are in bronze and steel with stainless steel rod. The ball joint is in steel as well. The cylinder's dody is properly painted to work in a marine environment and can be in different colours on specific request. Each cylinder is supplied with brass fittings in different sizes. ACCESSORIES In the BCS products range there is a wide choice of hydraulic steering accessories, too, such as non return valves, by-passes, relief valves, steering wheels, hosing and fittings of any type and seize. For any further reference about a great number of special configurations for the most various applications our Technical Department can supply any detail about seizes and technical data. |

| The Model 7033 outboard motor steering cylinder was designed to be attached directly onto the late model outboard motor brackets. The draglink provided is used to connect the cylinder rod onto the motor tiller arm with stainless steel shoulder bolts. |
