RUDDER BEARINGS AND ACCESSORIES
ACC Marine provides Accurate bearings in a self-adjusting standard sleeve type, self-adjusting roller or plain roller.
All bearings are manufactured from corrossion resistant materials and feature non-metallic rollers. Bearings and shaft seals are removeable for service and maintenance.
We supply rudder shaft accessories such as shaft seals, flanged bearings, bearing races, bearing housing tubes and tiller plugs.
We also offer a line of replacement bearings that will retrofit systems using Harken bearings.

All NAIAD thruster control packages feature a main electronic enclosure for simple installation. The thruster system can be easily fitted with numerous control locations for convenient thruster operation. For both hydraulic and AC electric systems, the control package can be supplied with our fully variable (Proportional) feature which provides total thrust control by permitting the output of the thruster to be throttled using our joystick by the operator. The heart of the proportional control is a PLC, which is programmed to suit the application and is often configured to encompass many ancillary hydraulic shipboard systems.

Side-Power has introduced, for 2005, two new round control panels. These single control panels are designed to better complement today's helms and utilize an attractive chrome bezel ring that covers the four mounting screws. They are easy to install with a 2" hole saw and seal with a large o-ring.

HyDrive's impressive range of manual hydraulic outboard steering is ideal for most applications, however, power steering may be suitable for large horsepower boats that require small turn ratio's with little effort or for people who, for medical or employment reasons, require power assistance in turning the wheel. The system can be installed as a complete unit, or used to upgrade an existing HyDrive manual hydraulic unit that is in good condition. Power steering systems are available for dual stations, single or dual cylinders, catamaran steering without mechanical tie-bars and can include provision for an autopilot.

Perfect for both yachts and commercial vessels; the CCO (Conversion & Change Over ) manifold is a unique and patented modern approach to hydraulic full flow-up power steering. Instead of relying on complicated and troublesome mechanical follow-up devices the CCO simply converts the oil flow into an electrical signal. This signal is transferred to an SCA amplifier,
which controls the hydraulic power units. In the event of loss of electrical power the manifolds automatically reverts back to direct manual hydraulic steering. The CCO is easy to install, safe, and simple. This makes it perfect for new construction or for retrofitting existing hydraulic FFU systems.

DIA-LOG is an electronic control system with a double adjustment ring, developed entirely in digital technology. The inertia unit identifies and processes vessel rolling. The signals are instantly processed by the electronic regulator, which directs each fin to the required position at a certain speed for generating a suitable righting effect.
DIA-LOG's flexibility can be seen in any conditions (including rough sea and anchored vessels). Moreover, easy diagnostics are a routine feature due to an archiving system of all data.

The 5000 SERIES Motor Control Panels come in a range of types and sizes to suit the 8000 and 5000 Steering Controllers, and can be supplied for single, twin or multiple motor controls. These Survey approved panels feature include:

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS
Our steering cylinders are in bronze and steel with stainless steel rod. The ball joint is in steel as well. The cylinder's dody is properly painted to work in a marine environment and can be in different colours on specific request. Each cylinder is supplied with brass fittings in different sizes. ACCESSORIES In the BCS products range there is a wide choice of hydraulic steering accessories, too, such as non return valves, by-passes, relief valves, steering wheels, hosing and fittings of any type and seize. Some of our standard models are shown here below. For any further reference about a great number of special configurations for the most various applications our Technical Department can supply any detail about seizes and technical data.

Introducing the HyDrive Model 212T Sport cylinder which offers the power and reliability of hydraulic steering at prices which are more than competitive with many mechanical systems. This compact tube-mount cylinder is capable of handling up to twin 150HP engines (counter-rotating) or a single 235HP with comfort. It attaches directly to the outboard motor's tilt-tube just like the old push-pull cable steering! It also attaches to Stern-Drives in the same manner, and can be used on Sterndrive Power steering cylinders making dual stations very simple.

A very popular cylinder type for outboards is the HyDrive tube-mount or side-mount 210T (balanced) and 210TSE (unbalanced). It can handle the same horsepower as the powerful 210BH Bullhorn cylinder, but it is simpler and cheaper to install. The only restriction to fitting them is the side-clearance requirements in the engine well. Made of chromed brass, bronze and stainless steel, there are two versions available, - the 210T which is a balanced cylinder, and the unbalanced 210TSE which has slightly higher turns one way than the other. It's advantage is that it requires less clearance for installation. They can also be fitted directly to splashwell brackets to replace any cable steering. It's really that simple.

The P20, P30 and P42 models are supplied with a built-in non return and relief valve. For all the other models a non return valve shall be mounted separately. The codes and descriptions of the different kits can be found on the price list.

The H60, 90 and 110 are among the largest helm pumps made and provide excellent primary or backup steering for large steering systems.

Field replacement glands seals make maintenance possible without removal from their position. Fully articulated, the cylinders are supplied with matching rod-end bolts as well as a powerful ball-type mounting bracket.

The new Side-power radio remote is focused on user-friendliness by ensuring optimal ergonomics, ease of use and a high safety level. It retrofits very easily with Side-Power thruster systems and most windlasses.
A key feature is the clear boat shape in the design, eliminating the chance of misunderstanding directions when moving freely on your boat. It incorporates the Side-Power unique safety features protecting against unintended activation of thrusters. The illuminated buttons with soft lighting makes use of the remote at night convenient - and it comes with both a snap-in holder and a neck strap with snap-off safety.
