The Motor compressor VRK 200 R is complete with a handy folding drawbar and with a protection guard, which can be easily opened.
The START-WORK System allows safe starting even at low temperatures
Fuel consumption is low thanks to the innovative ECONOMY SYSTEM, i.e. the engine RPM acceleration system which automatically and progressively changes as a function of the air supply requested.
The 16 l capacity petrol tank is made of clear material. The operator can therefore easily check the fuel level. The petrol tank is easily removable with a retractable handle.

The MOTOCOMPRESSORE A90 670 is a wheeled compressor with a compact, easily transportable tank. A powerful piston provides the blasting unit with compressed air at an effective rate of 455 litres/minute so as to maintain a constant blast material outflow rate and allow the blaster to operate at maximum efficiency at all times without any pressure reload pauses.
Just 30 seconds after the motor compressor has been switched on the pressure has already been raised from 0 to 10 bar. The flow contains neither oil nor moisture.
This last aspect is particularly important when working with sodium bicarbonate because, in this case, if oil or moisture were to mix with the material the system could easily clog and work would have to be suspended to clean valves and nozzles.

The Infusion 20/2 system is complete with an integral resin trap and provides excellent performance from a compact package. All vacuum joints are very heavy duty to ensure vacuum integrity over a long working life. The machine's normal working height can be reduced to 602 mm (23.7") for transport in most station wagons, making it ideal for transport between different work locations or for off-site repair work.

The VADS 1500 is a direct drive, air-cooled, rotary screw unit housed in a sound enclosure. Because it is directly driven, there are no gear boxes needed to control the rotational speed. Due to the variable frequency controller, the pump operates over a wide range of speeds. This allows you to operate today at the lower frequency, and at a higher frequency tomorrow when your plant gets expanded, or you add equipment. If your load varies, so does the speed of the pump to maintain the proper flow or pressure.

Using "multi-stage" compression, side channel vacuum pumps generate low-pulsation suction air. Perfected impeller design with curved blades guarantees Optimum efficiency. Separation of the compression chambers on both sides of the impeller permits single-stage, twin-flow as well as two-stage, single-flow operation with only one impeller. Vacuum filter and vacuum safety valve can be integrated as an optional extra in the patented design of the sound absorbers. The sound absorbers can be varied in length, affording flexible adjustment to available installation space.
