A one-part, fast skinning (10 minutes) and fast curing (24 hours) multi-purpose marine grade sealant with superior strength, adhesion, elongation and life characteristics. Cures in temperatures of -20ºF (-28.9ºC) to 120ºF (-48ºC) and can be wet sanded and painted after curing. Flexibility and compression capabilities are excellent. Heavy duty use above or below the waterline. Twists, bends, expands, compresses. Seals ports, beds hardware, stops leaks. Resistant to teak cleaners, oil, diesel fuel and salt water. Adheres tenaciously without primers to fiberglass, glass, all plastic including Lexan. ABS, and Starboard. Simple clean up with mineral spirits.Not recommended for wooden deck seams or use is areas subject to gasoline.

Air humidity-hardening, TIKALFLEX joint contact 20 to a sharpenable elastomer. By the use of raw materials on SPPO basis (silane-scheduled polypropylene oxide) TIKALFLEX joint contact 20 almost hardens shrink-free (under 0,3 %). Conventional sealing materials for the joining of teak staff decks on 1 K PU basis shrinks between 5,0 % and 7.0 %!

GelMagic is a toughened, non-sagging, two component, structural epoxy adhesive designed for superior bonding to wood and most porous materials. It is unique in that it starts as two self-leveling liquids, which form a soft, thixotropic, sag-resistant paste when mixed. Measuring is easily accomplished by either volume or weight. GelMagic requires no additional modification with fillers and can be applied to vertical and overhead surfaces without running, eliminating the mess and waste associated with other epoxies. GelMagic exhibits exceptionally high peel strength and employs a state of the art, two-phase epoxy morphology, which creates an adhesive bond that is tougher, more resistant to embrittlement and has better elevated temperature properties than other room temperature cured epoxy adhesives. MetlWeld is a super tough epoxy adhesive designed to bond dissimilar materials such as steel to wood. MetlWeld exhibits excellent elastic properties and superior bond strength while remaining rigid. MetlWeld will bond to stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, glass, ceramic, neoprene rubber and most porous surfaces.

This glue developed especially for the bonding of Neoprene and Neoprene Hypalon water resistant materials, as used for inflatable dinghies. It also serves as a suitable bonding agent for various types of rubber composites, such as SBR and Neoprene/metal. When applying this glue, add 5% to 10% DESMODUR RFE or ORCA® Hardener RFE according to the amount of ORCA® GLUE used. From 10 liters of mixed product, it is possible to improve the pot life of the adhesive reducing the quantity of hardener to 5% in volume only.

It is suitable for the gluing/sealing of glass, acrylic glass and PVC on steel, aluminium, wood and GFK. TIKALFLEX contact 12 is a high-strength, shrink-free and UV-steady SPPO adhesive for all kinds of gluings and sealings in the maritime range. This SPPO adhesive is particularly suitable for high-strength, vibration-restraining gluings.It can be used tolerance-compensatorily and is sharpenable after the hardening by precipitation. So this adhesive can be used for flexible gluings of hatches, special fittings, tallys, rubbing strakes and bulkheads (tank bulkheads also integrated).
TIKALFLEX contact 12 is air humidity-hardening, it can be painted over after the hardening with usual 2 components lacquer systems and it is steady against nitric acid, caustic soda solution, oil and Diesel.

TIKALFLEX primer P is a special adhesion mediator containing solvent on PU basis for the products of the TIKALFLEX series with the gluing or joining of oil containing woods, especially teak wood. During the gluing of aluminium, steel, GFK or woods, that contains no oil, can generally be done without the employment of TIKALFLEX primer P.
