More speed and power than a V8. H2 is the elemental symbol for Hydrogen - used properly, it’s one of the most powerful things on earth. Today, H2 by NeilPryde, used properly - is one of the most powerful things on water. A “giant leap for mankind” sized improvement over our legendary V8 series, the new H2 propels you with a whole new level of efficiency and performance through a highly refined twin cam power plant. The result: beautifully balanced constant sail drive and predictable handling for even greater wind range. The H2 is our fastest freeride sail ever thanks to it’s chemical make-up with behaviour directly descended from the RS:Racing EVOII gene pool, meaning on the water, the H2 will leave everyone else wondering what on earth just went passed them. (Amazing what we can do in the lab).

Greed is good. If having it all is still not sufficient for you, then may we suggest the Excess. Excess puts you figuratively at the head of the table with the whole damn menu at your disposal. There’s a flavour here for every taste - flatwater blaster, bump and jumper, freestyle or wave, because on any given day, you can be one or all of these. It’s the heavy duty go-fast sail that feeds you everything with an expansive wind range and whiplash speed and acceleration. And if that’s still not enough, we can’t help you.

Get Gas. If your only local is low-wind or the forecast breeze never fills in as promised, take a deep breath of Helium. Helium is essential kit in your quiver because when Mother Nature says no, you can reply with “well, actually - yes”. Guaranteed to bring you all the planing highs of stronger wind conditions, Helium satisfies the need for speed with Big Bang acceleration to get you going faster, faster. It’s the most powerful sail in the freeride collection with a smooth twin-cam profile - stable to the point of being inert - giving you more predictable control over the elements. And when the breeze fills in, Helium responds with confidence so you can handle temperamental gusts and increased wind velocity without losing a breath. Helium - even on light days you can still get the high.

There is good evil among us. If the thought of a pleasant, fun-loving gentle sail among friends is your idea of purgatory, then the Hellcat is for you. Hellcat is a demonic projectile designed to reign fear upon others with incredible speed and unmatched acceleration. The devil is in the details: No cams and a legacy born of the RS:Racing EVOII conjures a sail so fast, so maneuverable, so light and responsive, so manageable - it’s like nothing of this world. Blast them. Out-Gybe them. Overtake them all. Today, Lucifer would be proud. Hellcat: Exercise the demon.

As a Freemove sail, the Torro is the perfect combination of wave, freestyle and freeride characteristics.
The conclusion of the German Surf magazine in their test report about the Torro 2008 summed it up:
“The Gun Sails Torro is directly in the middle of all these characteristics, therefore, it fits perfectly into the Freemove group.” (surf magazine 03/2008)
Early planing, manoeuvrability and outstanding speed resources are the key points of this versatile sail. The reduced boom length makes it extremely easy to handle, it feels well-balanced and offers a significantly high comfort in a wide wind range.
The Torro is equipped with a camless narrow mast sleeve which rotates very softly, the luff tension is reduced and can be easily adjusted thanks to the built in trim rolls.
The size specific batten configuration of 5 battens without tubes provide up to size 5,3 a much better handling. From size 5,7 on, the profile is supported by one tube batten for better flat water performance.
Our advice:
If you need a crossover sail which is more suited to sailing straight and performance, then we would recommend the Nexus. If you tend more towards manoeuvres and freestyle, go for the Torro.
Key facts:
Versatile sail with an extraordinary wide range of use
Optimum mixture of handling and performance
Size specific batten configuration
Best freestyle suitability in our sail range
SDM and RDM compatible

The brand-new Rapid is the new favourite sail of our sail designer Renato Morlotti for enjoying the time on the water and outrunning others after an exhausting day in the loft.
Stress free rigging thanks to the camless mast sleeve, easy feeling and performance values as a slalom sail, these are the key characteristics of the Rapid.
Renato says: “The Rapid shows a more than sporty character. Despite the slalom design it feels like a freeride sail and turns every weekend sailor into the fastest racer on the water”.
It was designed as a no cam performance sail and it combines the performance of the Cannonball with the handling of the Future.
7 battens and a higher profile tension provide the sail with incredible acceleration abilities and a superior speed for a no cam sail.
The Rapid is ideal for fast freeride or slalom boards and give a relaxing feel during all manoeuvres.
Key facts:
Camless high performance sail with freeride handling characteristics
7/4 Cross batten concept for maximum profile stability
Very wide range of use from low to high winds with one trim only
RBL: Reduced Boom Length for more control and easy handling
Solid x-ply frame ensures longevity
|
|
Our 2 cam freeride sail Escape was designed for this season with a reduced boom length up to 8 cm, which now results in even better handling and control.
The 2 cambers provide the sail with a deep profile which excels in early planing in low winds and effortless planing through lulls. The solid sail design provides a direct feeling. Sporty freeriders who do not shy away from cambers, will be rewarded with – compared to the Future - a bit more “race feeling” and a wider wind range without any re-trimming.
Once planing, the Escape feels very neutral in the hands thanks to its dynamically twisting top.
With the Escape, you can benefit from the advantages of a camber sail without missing handling and comfort.
Key facts:
2 New roll cams for soft rotation
New RBL (Reduced Boom Length) design for better handling
Stable centre of effort and controllability because of 3, / 4 tube battens
Solid x-ply frame ensures longevity

Handle with care. When you want to let the animal out of the cage and run fast, The RS:Slalom MKIII is for you. The house-trained version of the lethal RS:Racing EVOII sail, the Slalom is unleashed with less battens and cams and a smaller luff pocket for easier rigging and control. Be warned though, the animal instinct runs strong in this one. Its soft, light feel conceals a furious and hungry heart, and in the right hands the RS:Slalom MKIII is capable of carnage on water with reflex acceleration and bloodcurdling straight-line pace. It’s the most lethal freerace sail we make, good for upwind, downwind, or anywhere fast - it doesn’t matter, It’s all one big happy hunting ground.

Combine the simple versatility of the Kult with the breathtaking speed and stability of the Koncept. The result is the Koyote, pure freeride.
With all the learning's from the 2010 speed and race programs baked in, such as the reduced head profile and stepped clew, the Koyote is not shy about sprinting past it,s rivals. Make no mistake, this is a seriously fast sail, having broken the 40 knot barrier on a number of occasions.
However there is much more to the Koyote than just going fast. There is the simple pleasure of cruising your local spot, of leaning into your first carve gybe and of "getting air"off a great little ramp. This sails versatility is undeniable.
The power is placed forward and low. Combine this with the short boom length and the feel is light, locked in and stable. The dynamic twist absorbs the gusts and transfers them into lightening acceleration.
Full Xply construction, carbon composite battens and loads of Aramid reinforcing, it is built to take plenty of punishment.
Koyote, pure freeride...

Aloha is a word with many meanings; value, economy, friendliness, function… not to be confused with the Hawaiian word for welcome, good-bye, and love. You will fall for the super light five batten Aloha like it was an old friend, and find amazing value in the performance and function of this highly developed and tested simple RAF. One of Art Szpunar’s better graphic designs curves across the surface, bringing to mind a fanciful ‘M’ for Maui in bold contrasting colors.
The five batten layout evolved from the successful Global wave series and has been especially adapted to low tension settings to make rigging and tuning easier than ever. Added cutout depth is the key to getting the boom head correctly attached with a minimum of effort.

The Ezzy Free(ride)3 blends supreme sail performance with Technora® sailcloth.
The dark panel on the Free(ride)3 consists of Technora® fibers. Technora® is a para-aramid fiber that weight for weight is 8 times stronger than steel and 3 times stronger than nylon and Dacron®. Since Technora® is so light, we are able to save considerable weight in the sail. Furthermore, the low stretch of Technora® means less stretch distortion along the leech when a gust hits, producing a more stable feeling sail.

The Zephyr takes us back to our windsurfing roots. Back when you could go out in 10 knots or less of wind and have a really fun time. The idea behind the Zephyr is that you don't need anything bigger than a 7.5 in light air. The boom length is long and the profile is very deep and draft forward, which gives the Zephyr the power of an 8.5.
The Zepyhr is light and easy to throw around, and is a blast to sail on the new Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) boards. It also works great on high volume freeride boards too.
The Zephyr has our new seam shaping profile, which produces a camber-like profile without using cams. This gives the Zephyr a very deep and draft forward foil which is what you want for light air sailing. For stronger wind, apply more outhaul to flatten the profile, and the Zephyr becomes a perfect high wind Freeride sail.
The Zephyr is built to last. It contains no monofilm. The lower panels and luff panels are built with our Spectra X Film. The large leech panel is made with a new light weight cloth, which is similar to our Technora® cloth used in our wave sail. The battens are RBS® epoxy. It has a vinyl window for durability and visibility. The Zephyr is built to the same standards as our wave and freeride sails, which means every Zephyr gets rigged and checked before it leaves the factory.
To take the guess work out of rigging, the Zephyr has color coded outhaul and downhaul indicators.

The new Infinity is built with Technora® sailcloth.
Technora® is a para-aramid fiber that weight for weight is 8 times stronger than steel and 3 times stronger than nylon and Dacron. Since Technora® is so light, we are able to save considerable weight in the sail. Furthermore, the low stretch of Technora® means there is less stretch distortion along the leech when a gust hits. This produces a more stable feeling sail.
The Infinity's deep, draft-forward profile provides superb low-end power and when flattened with outhaul, the Infinity handles overpowered sailing like a dream. The Infinity's narrow sleeve won't fill up with water which makes water starting and uphauling easy. The camber inducer system will fit any SDM or RDM mast made within the last 15 years.
