Gun Sails offers a wide range of carbon masts, which adapt perfectly to your Gun Sails sail bend curve (Constant Curve) and IMCS, whereas it is also compatible with all current sails from other brands.
All Gun Sails masts are produced in high specification Prepreg Carbon Technology and have additional reinforcements in the boom area and stressed zones to extend the longevity even in extreme conditions.
No matter which model you choose, you will get a Top End Gun Sails product with a 24 month warranty.

The high-quality NORTH SAILS “all-rounder” with a carbon content of 55% and impressive overall performance. The SILVER mast series is now also produced using AEROSPACE.PREPREG.TECHNOLOGY, that allows computer-aided adjustment of the carbon, glass, and resin content. In addition, a heat-sensitive compression tape squeezes out excess resin, resulting in lower weight and even better flex.
NEW: The base section comes with white polyamide coating to prevent scratching, abrasion and thermal overstress.

A 75% high-tech carbon content, high-tech prepreg production, and excellent dynamics make the GOLD series the undisputable performance, weight, and price leader in the medium segment. A new feature is the full polyamide coating, which prevents any scratching or abrasion. The white surface protects the material especially against strong exposure to the sun by effectively preventing thermal overstress and heat that could reach into critical areas. This reduces material embrittlement while maintaining the bending curve absolutely constant over a long period of time. Our skinny masts contain 90% pre-preg carbon fiber. Pre-preg is the key to acheiving a superior weight-to-strength ratio.
The fibers are pre-saturated to an exact resin-to-fiber ratio, then hand-wrapped around a mandrel, and then thermally cured.
The Ezzy Skinny Mast gets its superior strength from the 50% extra thickness of its walls.
The small diameter makes the Ezzy Skinny a dream to sail. You'll notice the improved handling right away in your jibes.

The race and luxury version of POWER.XT. The lever is 3cm longer, increasing the power ratio to approx. 1:60. The new 6-screw cleat plate and the tougher material of the extension tube can easily withstand the downhaul tension of very large sails, which can be fully trimmed with just one hand. Moreover, the indestructible Dyneema rope helps reduce friction.
