The windlass has a patented design. Lead line is used with the windlass. It has all the advantages of chain, but is easier to handle and stow away. The windlass is designed for bow and stern installation. It can be installed inside or outside on most sail boats and motor boats. The windlass can be operated by remote control. This allows slack in the anchor line to be taken up from land. The windlass is CE approved. For the complete windlass the following are required:
Internal installation: Windlass + control panel or remote control.
External installation: Windlass + cover + control panel or remote control. |
