TRIM TABS SYSTEM
Among all the different equipments fitted on board, the trim tab system has a very important role, as it contributes to the boat's stability. It is therefore important to chose the most suitable system, a choice for which some important factors are the type of vessel, its weight and the max. speed. The range of BCS trim tab systems can be divided into two main groups, whose main difference is the type of the tab: it can be both in stainless steel or aluminium alloy. The stainless steel series is normally installed on pleasure yachts that are not very fast

RIDE CONTROL FOR HIGH-SPEED VESSELS InTRAC actuators are mounted on the transom, flush with the bottom. To create lift, the inTRAC actuator extends a blade downward into the flow of water. The blades intrusion creates a high-pressure zone in front of the actuator that creates lift. Depending upon controller configuration, the lift can be used to reduce roll or pitch.
The actuator is primarily of composite construction with stainless hardware. Position of the actuator blade is controlled by a specially designed hydraulic cylinder of all-stainless construction. Rod scrapers are fitted to keep the rod clean. An internal spring keeps the actuator and rod retracted while not in use.
inTRAC utilizes standard TRAC digital controls and LCD user panels. TRAC's 3-term control software instantly detects changes in trim and roll and adjusts the actuator for needed lift.

Trim tabs make the single most important difference in the way your boat rides and performs. They are optional on some boats but should be as standard as power trim and tilt. Lenco trim tabs make your boat ride smoother, drier, faster and with increased safety whether on a small skiff or a mega-yacht. Lenco's ballscrew design is more reliable, three times more powerful and features an instant response, which makes them very user friendly compared to typical hydraulics. We also like being oil-free and environmentally conscious.

Yes, we build serious trim tabs for serious vessels. We know there are boats and conditions that require a little more performance. This is why we created the Super Strong series. Whether you're running a pleasure cruiser in search of your own personal paradise or spending your days backing down on marlin in some new hot spot you've just discovered, we've got you covered. We've utilized a 7-gauge (4.8mm) stainless steel blade and all extreme-duty mounting hardware to create a trim tab system that can withstand the rigors of the most demanding conditions.

The QL Boat Trim System is a revolutionary new paten-ted boat trim system which will set new standards for trim systems worldwide. Thanks to the water intercept technology you get a smoother ride and quicker to plane. The innovative new design is made of com-posite material and unlike traditional trim systems no hydraulics are involved, it is pure electrical. This makes it easy to install, corrosion free and virtually no maintenance is required.
Features:
• Easy, safe and exact manoeuvring.
• Less drag.
• Quick response.
• Built in trim sensor.
• Control panel with LEDs for precise
trim indication.
• Automatic retraction
• Electrical actuator, no
hydraulics needed.
• Clean transom, no sharp edges.

elTrim-AUTOMATIC (with automatic elimination of heeling)
Main functions HF or OL, (factory setting HF)
The top push-button moves both tabs down so the bow moves down. The lower button will raise both tabs, so the bow will raise Right button: starboard side moves down. Left button: portside moves down. Position of tabs are shown by LED- lights.

ELECTRIC TRIM TABS automatic or manual with position indication
Electric Trimtabs will:
Allow a boat to have a slower planning speed, often essential for rough weather.
Adjust the trim of your boat to show the designed angle of attack.
Fetch your boat onto the plane faster, reducing fuel consumption at 'hump' speeds
Effectively add length to the hull, which can result in an improvement in performance and handling
Reduce the amount of heel in order to show the maximum amount of 'Vee', to the water rather than landing of the side of the 'Vee', reducing both hull stress and the passenger stress of uncomfortable cruising.
