Not only hoses but also cables, ropes and umbilicals need to be lightened under water. Resinex gives its customers a complete range of floats with reduced diameters. The key success factor of this activity is tightening. The floats cannot slip on the cable when assembled. Resinex has developed particular polyurethane clamps and reducers to maximize the grip on the cable surface. Particular studies have been carried on to give our products the best mix between loads, weight of materials and tightening forces.
Now we can supply different solutions to garantee the higher tightening force together with the usual high resistance to pressure until a 7.000 meter depth. |

| Our Satellite Antenna Pole Mounts are constructed from high quality marine grade aluminum tubing with an Aluminum Die-Cast Base and Top, then treated with an anodized primer and then finished with a brilliant white powder coated finish. Designed specifically to fit all Satcom/TV Domes. Available in 9 in. to 10 ft. lengths. The last number at the end of the part number indicates the Pole length desired. For example, A 5' pole for a KVH 4 would be AP-4B-5. |

The KF-H (patented) is the only system on the market that combines the furling and the locking mechanism in the same unit.
The lock mechanism allows to lock the swivel, the halyard and the sail directly onto the mast.
The lock works automatically using the halyard to lock and to unlock.
Used for flying sails (such as staysails and gennakers) it replaces the usual block system where luff tension comes from the long 2/1 or 3/1 halyard and a lot of compression in the mast.
The system and the sail are locked on the mast and the luff is tensioned from the bottom by a 2/1 or 3/1 purchase placed under the lower part of the furler.
The compression in the mast is minimized and it is possible to use a smaller and lighter halyard as it only carries the weight of the sail.
Once the system is dropped on deck, there is only the very light hollowed male end remaining on the mast and the furling-lock mechanism is on deck and accessible for maintenance.
EXCLUSIVE ADVANTAGES OF THE K-FH
-no more structural halyard
-no more blocks above the swivel
-less compression in mast = safer
-smaller halyard diameter = lighter
-straighter sail luff
-very light weight at the top of the mast when system is not in use.
