For divers who want a traditional sealed lead acid battery design, Halcyon now offers both the Proteus 3 and Proteus 6 canister lights. Designed as our entry level 10w HID system, the Proteus 3 provides a generous two hour burn time with a slim form factor. Halcyon now offers two 10w HID light heads for the Proteus lights: a compact fixed-beam head utilizing a MR-11 style bulb and the focusable 10w head that comes standard on the Explorer 4.5 light.

The new Halley 50 meets the needs of the most demanding diver by combining extraordinary duration and quality of illumination. The heart of this product is the electronic circuit with constant current control in cutting edge switching technology together with a new Hall effect magnetic switch that activates a static microswitch. These characteristics guarantee maximum reliability, the extended duration of all the main components, an increase in the autonomy of the battery, and an absolutely white light.

|
The Apollo Video System is Halcyon's most flexible video system, allowing a wide range of Halcyon light heads to be mated with a variety of compact NiMH battery packs. Designed as a hip mounted system, the Apollo sytem is one of the most anticipated developments in underwater videography.
The Apollo systems have been redesigned to incorporate all of the components found in Halcyon's Explorer systems

(Re)Introducing the Halcyon Explorer Lighting System
Halcyon's Explorer is the latest evolution of our exploration-grade primary lighting. The Explorer's DNA can be traced back eight years through the original Explorer Pro: certainly one of the most trusted dive lights ever made. From the rock-solid battery pack and the water-tight lid to the superior flicker-free performance of its HID light element, the Explorer sets the new standard against which other lights will be judged.

Ceto D
Without a doubt the most unique dive torch available at the moment. No light combines the features that the Ceto D offers; 100%, 66%, 33%, Strobe and SOS modus. It runs on only two C-Alkaline cells.
|
|
It is a versatile torch right for all occasions thanks to its reduced dimentions. Its 20 Watt bulb provides quality light comparable to a classic 35 Watt. The retractable stainless steel circular grip allows various fastening possibilities. The The cooling slots around the reflector disperse the heat more effectively. It comes with a Safety High Pressure Valve that protects it from any damage caused by excessive gas formation of the batteries. The NiMH battery pack has no memory effect. Quick battery charging: in only 5h and 30 min it enables some 90% autonomy; by adding another 3 hours it arrives at 100%.

The casings of Green Force® Squids are made of sea water-resistant aluminium. They have been treated with three processes to produce a hard, corrosion-resistant surface. The Green Force® Squids can be used with any Green Force® batterypack. Due to their extensive mounting possibilities regarding photo and video configurations, the Flexi's are the most appropriate battery packs to be used in combination with the squids. More information about mounting possibilities can be found at the accessories page.

While taking again certain characteristics of the Laser WP and Varipro, this new range of halogenous torch has a variator Bi postion (120% and 70% of the power) making it possible to modulate the intensity and autonomy according to the type of diving.
Range VARIO also profits from the compact volume of the Laser WP and a two-tone LED, of which operation is improved, indicating the state of load of the accumulators in the course of use.
Moreover, the new electronic plate allows:
- a progressive rise to power at the time of the startup not to deteriorate the bulb
- a power supply controlled during all autonomy thanks to electronic cutting
- a lighting of safety to 50% and one flickering during the 5 last minutes of autonomy.

This range of diving torches "high tech "calling upon a revolutionary process, will make you redécouvrir the diving under navy. The exceptional lighting gotten by the lamps with discharge or HID (Temperature of Color approximately 6000K), retranscribing the solar spectrum, makes it possible to emphasize the exact colors of each enlightened subject. Moreover, luminous flow, from 4 to 5 times superior with that of the halogenous bulbs, makes it possible to limit the power of bulb and, by there, gets a very great autonomy. The diving torch Cosmic 35/50 has a variator of power 2 positions (35 W and 50w) which makes it possible to exploit the power and autonomy without deteriorating the bulb because of its technology (2000 Hours of lifespan).
