Heat recovery is an effective way to improve the efficiency of the plant and reduce operating costs.
In order to recover the heat contained in the waste gas coming from solid fuel firing systems, combustion engines, gas turbines, or other industrial processes, INTEC offers you first-class, tailor-made solutions for a wide variety of applications:
-Single-pass radiant heater consisting of helical coils for the recovery of radiant heat for high temperatures
-Convection heat exchanger with serpentine coils including soot blowers for
automatic cleaning of ash desposits from tube bundles while in operation
-Heater consisting of concentric coils for the heat recovery of waste gas heat from combustion engines and gas turbines in onshore and marine applications
Waste heat boiler with internal bypass, single pass arrangement with cleaning device for heating coils. Used for heat recovery of exhaust gases of combustion engines and gas turbines

MISSION™ OC is a high performance, combined oil and exhaust gas-fired boiler, with a 0.75-5 t/h capacity of the oil-fired section at 9 bar(g) design pressure.
MISSION™ OC is a vertical, cylindrical boiler with an exhaust gas section consisting of bare smoke tubes while the oil-fired section features pin tubes in the convection section.

The oil-fired part of the AQ-10/16 is based on the AQ-12 bare tube design. It has a 100% water-cooled furnace without refractory.
The exhaust gas part of the AQ-10/16 is built up in smoke tubes based on the MISSION™ XS (ex-name AQ-2) design which is reliable and easy to maintain.
The AQ-10/16 has adequate room for inspection and maintenance in the steam/water space. The two smoke sides can be water-washed or mechanically cleaned through the boiler uptakes. The AQ-10/16 has a low space/performance ratio.

Fire tube vertical boilers, composed by a flame and a recovery side to be installed on the exhaust gas plant. When the exhaust gas side is not enough, the flame side automatically turns on in order to integrate the lacking steam.
Realized in vertical version, takes up small space and are mainly studied for marine applications

In all models the boiler itself is built of boiler steel to DIN 17155 H2 while tubes is to DIN 17175 St.35.8.1.

The basic model is designed for connection of one or two engines to the exhaust-gas section. The oil-fired section has a fully automatic burner and the boiler is fitted as standard with a hot water coil with a capacity of 25 Vmin.') Larger capacities on request.
Based on a boiler temp. of 85degC and h.w. temperature of 70degC.
Space required for removal of h.w.coil and heating element (if fitted) is approx. 600 mm.

COMBI is a high quality composite boiler design offering the space-saving alternative of two boilers combined into one. COMBI is a combined oil and exhaust gas-fired boiler with a capacity range of up to 7t/h steam from the oil-fired section and up to 4t/h from the exhaust gas section. It is a standardized, preassembled boiler plant which is fast and easy to install.

VADS is the first direct-drive dry-running screw. With integrated speed controlling for demand-oriented applications and no need for a drive transmission, VADS is truly a Becker innovation! This unit is able to fulfil the highest requirements for a wide range of applications. By entering the load and output into your customer system, the air supply system automatically and directly adapts to the given requirements. The frequency-controlled drive unit offers a wide control range with optimised demand matching. In addition to energy savings and higher efficiency, this also results in lower maintenance requirements. The non-contact, oil-free screw unit ensures high air flows with low pulsation and lends itself to "master/slave" operation. Integrated accessories include a non-return valve, intake filter, sound absorbers and ventilation/bleed system. An air blast cooler is also available.

Simplicity of design with only one shaft and direct drive produces robust, long-lasting compressors with low maintenance and running costs. These compressors operate completely oil-free; the individual chambers are separated by long-life vanes. Already featuring integrated intake filters and control valves, these compressors can be fitted with other accessories without a problem. The blast-air cooler, which is also integrated, guarantees a very low blast air temperature. The compact cover ensures low noise and heat emission. Optional corrosion protection also makes these compressors suitable for extracting moist air.
