Directly resulting from the research carried out in F18, the Cirrus Energy Race does not have anything to envy its elder. Of sporting and racée pace, he plays the chart of the performance and the versatility. Technique, highly-strung person, rapid and end with the bar, the Energy Cirrus falls under the continuity of a range thought for the regatta, where the performance and the quality of manufacture are always omnipresent. To increase the restoring moment, it is also proposed out of dispatcher 2.55m.
The configuration of sail of the Energy Cirrus and its equipment allow an excellent management of the boat, for crews from 110 to 145 kg, by all the types of time and even as a recluse. |

Nacra F17.
The Nacra F17 is the true modern single hander, there are big advantages to this 17, most single handers leave you trailing behind the bigger boats, not the Nacra F17. The speed and power are unprecedented for a catamaran of her size. The high pointing dagger boards enable you to sail high above the others on the windward leg. Tacking is easy as the F17 has fairly flat bottoms to the hulls meaning that she rides high in the water and the boards allow her to "spin" round with ease. When you are sailing off the wind, you can drive the F17 when all other single handers have backed off, she has real volume in front of the front beam. The RX mainsail is totally controllable with quality Harken gear on mast rotation, Cunningham downhaul and mainsheet blocks, allowing you to flatten the main as required. The Harken mainsheet traveller glides with exceptional ease. On a single hander, these matters are of real importance as you have to steer with tiller extension with one hand and all the gear has to work perfectly with your other hand. Nacra "kick-up" rudders are a joy to use and the boards settle in just the position you place them, helping you on all points of sail. When you are ready you can go a stage further and add the spinnaker, now you have the real single hander, fast, high pointing single trapezing upwind and using the spinnaker to blast you over the waves on the downwind leg and is providing the ultimate ride. |
|
| The right beginners boat, ideal for schools, the clubs and the fun use, easy to set up homologated for three adult persons (240 kg capacity) allow to schools to embark two students and instructor, the dagger board absence facilitates its uses without limiting enjoyment and feeling. In the touring use two crew persons can embark navigation’s material, food store as well as small objects in the wide hulls spaces placed at bows at the crosspiece front. |

Nacra 570
Big fast catamarans are often too complicated and take hours to prepare on the beach. Not the 570, she is simple, fast, graceful and has thrilled sailors for many years. The 570 is the largest skeg hulled catamaran made today, like all other Nacra's, the 570 is built with polyester sandwich foam giving the hulls real stiffness and strength. She has real volume in front of the beams and so doesn't suffer the potential catamaran problem of "nose diving". The 570 will carry two crew comfortably and even three when cruising. The Dacron jib is sheeted to the front beams giving a large spacious trampoline area where the platform is firm and clear of all blocks and lines. The main is built from MNX providing a hard long wearing material that holds the sail shape providing a real power unit.
Kick up rudders allowing for easy launching and recovery and are operated with real ease. Double trapeze is needed to hold the power of the 570. |
|
| The 580 is a big fast catamaran designed for the heavier pair, or comfortably three when cruising. The 580 is versatile, she can be sailed in a wide variety of conditions with ease and speed, real speed, gliding gracefully over the waves with sailors on double trapeze. The 580 is unique that she is the only catamaran in the Nacra program with swinging dagger boards, yielding all the advantages of sailing with dagger boards but being safe when cruising as the boards and the rudders will kick up when conditions demand. A unique Nacra feature!! Hulls are made of vinyl polyester sandwich form and the Nacra 580 has the largest volume forward of the front beam than any comparable catamaran, designed so she can drive through waves up and downwind without the fear of capsize. Mast spreader controls hold the mast perfectly giving you the ultimate power, but also means that the eight batten MNX mainsail can be tuned to reduce power when required. As with all other Nacra catamarans, the gear is Harken giving you assurance that it is made for life!! The 580 is fitted with the latest style booms allowing the mainsheet blocks to fit perfectly to give the sail shape you want and also the Harken traveller eases effortlessly giving you high pointing or deep reaching. A beautifully made, very strong catamaran that will give you years of pleasure. |

As the New Millennium arrives, the ARC-21 is ready to enter the 8.5ft. wide beachcat market. If speed is the important criteria to you, here's your boat. Three things make a beachcat of the same width faster than the competition: longer waterline length, lower weight, and a more powerful and efficient sail plan. The ARC-21 has all of these features and more. The ARC-21 with its longer waterline length, lower boat weight, greater sail area, and tall, slender, low drag hulls are the perfect combination to dominate the trailerable beach cat market.
The ARC-21 utilizes Bill Roberts "Shared Lift" concept in conjunction with low drag, high lift daggerboard and rudder designs that not only improve the ARC-21's windward capabilities but also produce a balanced helm off the wind even when flying a spinnaker. Coupling the ARC-21's "Shared Lift" daggerboard design with its high-efficiency and powerful sail plan produces a combination that will sail higher and faster to windward than any other 8.5ft. wide beachcat on the market. No other beach cat is designed like this, the daggerboard is forward of the main beam and is smaller in area than the rudder, thus the basis for "Shared Lift". |
|
The ARC22 is the result of over 30 years of on water experience and the constant dedication to building the ultimate beach catamaran. Bill Roberts has engaged in a constant search for more efficient and faster multihull designs since the mid 1970's. His life long and varied sailing background has allowed him to approach the design process with not only on water sailing experience but also a wealth of knowledge gained from an engineering career in the aerospace industry. His catamaran theories and designs have been thoroughly tested and proven in numerous venues worldwide.
Blend this with Aquarius Sails dedication to quality construction and the result is an advanced design that has set the standard by which other beach catamarans are judged. The highest quality components and advanced construction techniques are used throughout. |
