Gunclean Toftejorg i65 S
The Gunclean Toftejorg i65 S is a fully programmable single-nozzle tank cleaning machine equipped with an innovative hysteresis clutch.
The Gunclean Toftejorg i65 S unit is part of a comprehensive range of Alfa Laval equipment for keeping the insides of tanks and storage holds clean. This particular model is specially designed to tackle the most challenging fixed-installation tank cleaning duties aboard chemical carriers, product carriers and bulk carriers, as well as in tanks used on offshore installations.
The Gunclean Toftejorg i65 S is the first tank cleaning machine on the market to feature a hysteresis clutch with built-in speed adjustment. This innovative construction is a substantial improvement over standard magnetic clutches, because it eliminates the slippage and false starts often associated with magnetic clutches as well as the leakage risks that stem from the need for a separate speed adjustment shaft.
The combination of design features that provide better power transmission and less friction, fewer wearing parts and the extensive use of high-durability materials (including advanced ceramics) together makes the Gunclean Toftejorg i65 S an excellent solution for the reliable, cost-effective cleaning of shipboard tanks and holds.

The Polar Jet® PJ 123T is a deck mounted, fully programmable, multiple nozzle Tank Cleaning Machine. This model can be supplied with 2, 3, 4, or more nozzles according to the specific cleaning requirements of the tank configuration. Capacity range per nozzle: 13 to 60 m3/h.
Movement of the nozzles can be set to work between any angle from 0 to 180 degrees. For example, the PJ 123T can be set to work only between 0 to 45 degrees with reverse direction for concentrated bottom cleaning – or any other suitable angles.
Nozzle movement is controlled by the integrated turbine driven control unit. providing a controlled rotation in the horizontal plane, combined with a slow, controlled vertical movement. This means that the nozzle performs helical patterns.
The Turbine driven nozzle pitch for the PJ 123T is 3 degrees. Nozzle angle can be manually adjusted for heavy spot cleaning programs. Adjustable guide vanes located in front of the turbine control speed, which should be between 1 and 2.5 RPM.
Polarmarine provide in-house Shadow Diagrams using 3-Dimensional CAD for model Selection, Quantity, Positioning and Main Pipe Lengths to optimize cleaning coverage per unit.

GMT are forced circulation Steam Generators. The water, pushed by one or more piston pumps, circulates through the coil that represents the heated surface, licked on the outside by the combustion products. As a result of the characteristics of the construction, regulations an safety devices, GMT Steam Generators provide absolute safety from working- and accident prevention points of view. GMT Steam Generators represent the best solution whenever lowest cost, maximum power in limited space, the highest working pressure, the maximum efficiency (90%) or fully automatic functioning is required. The Steam Generators can be supplied with high/low or modulated regulation. The GMT Steam Generators can be delivered in horizontal or vertical version.
Maxi is an electric and automatic steam generator from 6,9 up to 120 kw. Feed water can be connected direct to main water or from a condensate tank.
