Rudder Roll Stabilization (RRS)
Owing to its fast rudder rates, the Simplex-Compact rotary vane steering gear is well suited to stabilizing ships through rudder action. Today, there are 22 units in operation on ships of the Netherlands, Korean and German Navies.
In collaboration with our longstanding partners, we offer turnkey systems that include the rudder and autopilot with integrated RRS control.

The Seldén RCB (Round Circulating Ballbearings) full-batten system facilitates full-batten sail management, and makes it much easier to set and reef the mainsail. The System is based on linear ball races and recirculating balls. The cars run with hardly any friction at all, even under the high compression loads produced by full-length battens.
The track and cars are made from aluminium which, together with Torlon ball bearings, makes the system strong and durable.

CJC%u2122 Blue Baleen OilAbsorb 38/100 Multistay is a bilge water polishing system with 8 inserts fitted in two parallel 38/100 housings. On request, the Multistay system is available with more than two housings, custom-made for the application.
The specially developed and patent pending CJC%u2122 Blue Baleen OilAbsorb Inserts (OAI) are unique and makes the system act as a polishing filter, absorbing oil to values below 5 ppm. This guarantees that legal requirements are always met, operational costs are reduced and environmental standards are kept high.
From the bilge water tank, water flows to an oily bilge water separator (15 ppm), before entering the CJC%u2122 OilAbsorb System.
The filter is used for polishing of bilge water or industrial process and wastewater, and is available with or without centrifugal pump and drip pan.

Elegance
Using high pressure, HI-FOG sprays a minimum of water to extinguish or suppress a fire. This means small diameter pipes (mostly 12- 30 mm) that can easily be hidden above the ceiling. The HI-FOG sprinkler is the smallest in the market, and its elegance is sometimes enhanced by a gold plated finish.
