The Orlaco solution
The days of difficult manoeuvring at wharfsides or whilst passing through locks are over. Orlaco’s Maritime cameras are able to 'see' exactly what is happening along side the ship’s gangways and also show the precise lines of the vessel. The images are so real that it seems as if you have literally taken a step outside the cabin onto the ship’s or vessel’s deck.
The cameras provide ample visibility of the front deck of the ship or vessel, so that highly stacked containers or other obstacles on the deck do not cause any visibility problems. An additional camera can also be installed to the back deck, ensuring optimal visibility of this area. Orlaco Maritime improves the safety of your crew, passengers and cargo, even under extreme circumstances and in dangerous situations, for example on tankers. Clear and comfortable visibility is a basic requirement for optimum safety on our shipping routes. Together with the help of Orlaco’s Maritime system, you will always have sufficient visibility.

With a diameter of 55 millimeters the EC-710-090 Ex surveillance camera is the world's smallest explosion-proof camera. The optical system is protected by a chemically hardened lens. Even with the stainless steel housing it weighs no more than 436 grams and still resists ambient aggressive chemical substances as well as substantial mechanical stress, including vibrations. Moreover, the EC-710-90 Ex can withstand extreme temperatures, making it suitable for universal application in installations world-wide. The camera will work reliably in arctic conditions of down to - 30 °C as well as at desert temperatures of up to + 75 °C. The camera's 1/3"-CCD sensor produces a PAL or CVBS image of either 470 or 580 TV lines. The fixed camera viewing angle is +/- 90° horizontally and 68° vertically.

Orlaco’s camera systems are robust and can be used in the most extreme weather conditions. They help with visibility where and when ever needed. The systems can be used in various situations on ships and vessels, e.g. in the machine room, pump area, winches, on helicopter landing pads, car decks, ferries etc. — any imaginable place is possible.
Optimum safety in machine rooms and technical installations is of vital importance in the maritime sector. Our systems are therefore on the lookout 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In spite of all the high-tech components, the Orlaco systems are logical to use and easy to operate. The systems can be operated individually, from a distance or grouped through a video network system adapted to your specific situation and needs. All it takes is clicking the mouse or using the trackball to control all the observation locations as well as the cameras.

Constructed from 316L stainless steel, these camera stations are idealfor the monitoring and surveillance of specific equipment and areas – such as perimeter fences, site entrances and remote equipment.
Due to their compact design, and cost effectiveness, MECH/6 fixed camera stations can be installed in areas where available space is limited, or deployed on a large-scale for perimeter protection. These camera stations are also available with remote zoom options.
