Photo: Self-Propelled Trailer 20 M.T. capacity
These trailers are the best solution in order to exploit the spaces in shipyards as well as in the marinas, since they allow to place the boats very near with each other, which is impossible with Boat-Hoists and rather difficult and dangerous with traditional tow trucks. The operational principle is extremely simple: the trailer, having a U-shape in low position, is placed under the boat and, after putting the lifting supports in contact with the hull, is then lifted thus loading the boat, which is laid to the ground again in the desired position with the same procedure without using a tow truck.

These trailers normally have more compact dimensions, since the Diesel engine is located side of the spar, not in the front part as it is in the units of the range 80-300 ton.

Non-motorised trailers can be used as an alternative to motor-driven ones when crafts need to cover long distances. Non-motorised shipyard trailers and on road trailers homologated as Public Work Vehicles for road circulation are also available
|
|
BOAT LIFT motorised trailers are designed for the fast lifting and handling of crafts and are ideal for saving time and making maximum use of the areas within shipyards, ports and marinas.
BOAT LIFT motorised trailers are equipped with a lowered engine compartment so as to reduce as much as possible the vertical space occupied and as well as guarantee a better use and positioning of boats. The engine compartment is also fitted with a covering that has the function of reducing the engine noise and preventing water penetration.

A Marine Travelift self-propelled transporter can maximize profitability and boat handling efficiency by allowing boatyards to store boats in closer proximity, and thus virtually doubling the available yard capacity. A remote controlled transporter is designed to work in tandem with a Marine Travelift boat hoist to best utilize time and manpower, but more importantly, increase a boatyard’s revenue substantially.

When it comes to superior manoeuvrability and efficient handling, there are no alternatives! Con-o-lift self-propelled marine hydraulic trailers deliver the ultimate in boat-handling convenience and performance.
Our exclusive 180 degree steering system provides unparalleled maneouvrability in tight quarters, allowing for increased vessel storage in yards where space is at a premium.
These trailers feature all the benefits of our standard yard trailers, including our clean, open-frame design concept, and hydraulic expanding-width frame, combined with our extended frame lift system for independent hydraulic height adjustment. Con-o-lift self-propelled trailers feature a full hydrostatic drive system, with dynamic braking and a multi wet-disk parking brake for added safety.
The operator's station with full engine instrumentation is mounted on the integral tractor unit at the front of the trailer. An optional hydraulic-operated raised platform can be added for greater clearance when the unit is used for launch and retrieval on ramps.

Our trolleys represent an innovation in the range of boat trailers, as a special steering and handling system is installed, controlled via PLC, that permits well 7 handling configurations: steering on all 4 wheel groups, steering on the front wheel groups, steering on the rear wheel groups, along a diagonal ("crab" steering), at 90° ±10°, all-round ("carousel").
The machine results to be extremely easy to drive, via the remote control, and particularly versatile.
