The Premier pontoon range represents the latest technology in concrete pontoon construction and is a high specification modular pontoon system for marinas.
All units can be provided with integral top entry service ducts and are available in a wide range of standard sizes. These units are of continuous flotation providing a high loading capacity with higher freeboard option for large boat marinas. Premier pontoons have two freeboard options (PE and PEH).
The floats are connected by flexible rubber bolt joints and can easily be moored by chain, Seaflex or piles.
Optional accessories include concrete coatings, wooden deck, cable ducts, service channels and fenders as well as fixing rails, which incorporate universal adjustments for fingers up to 12 m and Super Yacht fingers.
As with all Marinetek concrete systems these are of exceptionally strong construction with 50 year design lifetime and are maintenance free.
|
|
Marinetek Heavy Duty pontoons represent the latest technology in pontoon construction. Designed for boat mooring in modern marinas, overpass bridges and landing stages, they are very strong and maintenance-free with a high loading capacity and very long service life.
The pontoons are manufactured from strong heavy duty floats connected by flexible rubber bolt joints, cornerwise and sideways if required. Optional accessories include different kinds of concrete coatings, softwood or hardwood decking, cable ducts and service channels (for electricity and water) as well as fixing rails, which incorporate universal adjustments for mooring fingers up to 12 m and Super Yacht fingers.
Mooring can be by chain, pile or Seaflex. All Heavy Duty floats have a unique anchoring system specifically designed to accommodate Seaflex for easy and safe mooring.

Solent Marine's floating pontoons grace some of the finest marinas and waterfronts in the world. State-of the art design services, precision construction and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality finished job mean that the investment you make in your new pontoons will still be looking good 20 years from now.
Our pontoons are built on a long-lasting and rugged galvanised steel framework with a choice of traditional, elegant (yet durable) hardwood decks sourced from sustainable forests or the very latest composite decking.
The different pontoons we offer include variable freeboard, fibreglass or galvanised steel mesh decking, service ducts and additional cleats if and where required.

Marinetek Steel pontoons a modular walkway pontoon system designed for use in marinas.
The pontoons are steel structured, fully welded and galvanised. The frames are provided with side connection holes at 50 mm intervals for connection of mooring fingers, walkways and pile guides. Decking and fendering are in machined hardwood profiles as standard. A range of anti-slip and recycled decking materials are also available. Steel pontoons have two freeboard options (ST and STH).
Floatation units can be provided in concrete as standard or polyethylene including catamaran float options. Units are connected with semi flexible rubber bolt joints.
Pontoons are easily anchored by piles, chain or Seaflex.
|
|
Marinetek timber pontoons with concrete floats are long lasting, maintenance-free and economical to purchase. Systems are assembled using pre-fabricated timber-framed deck elements to create a rigid and continuous structure.
Systems with plastic floats are light and easy to handle. They are assembled using pre-fabricated components and are connected by flexible rubber bolt joints.
The pontoons are designed for boat mooring and general-purpose use and can be constructed to exact customer requirements in terms of length and loading capacity. They can be easily modified, even after installation, to suit many different shape and layout arrangements.
|
|
As the name indicates, Marinetek Super Yacht pontoons have been designed for mooring big boats and super yachts in the most modern marinas.
Based on the design used for Marinetek Breakwaters, Super Yacht units have extremely strong construction and joints, connections for even the strongest mooring points, heavy deck loading capacity and very good stability. They also feature wide decks and high freeboard to better suit larger vessels. Super Yacht pontoons have two freeboard options (SY and SYH).
Super Yacht pontoons can also be used for overpass bridges and landing stages. The floats are connected by flexible rubber bolt joints, cornerwise and sideways, if required.

FLOATING PONTOONS MARTINI MARINAS - INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR A SAFE MARINA
Martini Marinas floating pontoons, available width from 1,70 m to 2,70 m, are designed to satisfy, even in the case of severe conditions, several essential functions: boats mooring, people and goods transhipment, support to services, power and water supply.
- The lightness of the plastic floating bodies allows a moderate displacement of the pontoon and the stress to the frame is consequently reduced, thus allowing a longer duration in the time.
- Thanks to the reduced immersion, the floats do not interfere with the currents and the aquatic fauna, in the full respect of the natural environment.
- The many floats distributed on all the surface of the pontoon assure the quick dumping of the oscillations given by the wave-motion and consequently high stability.
- Martini Marinas pontoons need low maintenance and keep constant the buoyancy in the time.

EZ Port 4 Boat Lift for boats up to 20 feet in length and 2000 lbs in weight.
The EZ Port boat lift system can be used under conditions in which traditional lifts cannot.
Because it floats, EZ Port can be used where water levels vary widely, where lake, river, and ocean bottoms are soft, or where access makes it difficult to install other types of lifts.
Docking is as simple as loading onto a roller bed trailer, and this unique docking option will keep your boat high and dry-free from impacts, floating debris, algae, and barnacles.

The ROTOPORT jetski port can be adjusted to both Sunnydock and Rotodock giving you a freedom of choice. You do not have to buy 2 jetski ports for different floating platforms.
|
|
EZ Port is the simple drive-on, push-off method of dry-docking. No winching, cranking, pumping, or hoisting.
Self-floating EZ Port moves with changing water levels and helps protect the craft from damage caused by wind or wave action. EZ Port is so simple to use, even beginning PWC operators will find boarding and launching a breeze.

|
A variety of dock sections and lifts, coupled with an extensive selection of anchoring systems and accessories, make it easy to customize the system to suit your application. Later, configurations can be easily changed or added to as lives and ideas change.

FLOATING PIER OF A SPORTING CENTRE
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- length:10,30 m - width: 2,40 m - displacement:1.350 kg
- capacity: 70 kg/m2 - free board:0,25 m
The steel frame consists of HEB 100 beams. The hot dip zinc-plated process is made in compliance with EN ISO 1461 standard; it protects the structure from the marine corrosion.
- Each frame is equipped with 4 eye-bolts, directly welded to it.
- The buoyancy is provided by plastic floats filled by expanded self-extinguishing (ISO DIS 1182.2 test method) closed cells polystyrene. The floats are assembled in group of 3 by means of anticorrosive aluminium alloy profile.
- The pontoons are supplied with row of fenders at each side. The fenders are injection moulded in anti-shock and UV resistant co-polymer polypropylene.
- Every module is equipped with mooring rings in hot moulded steel. The rings are hot dip zinc-plated and assembled to the frame by means of 2 M10 bolts.
- The Similteck resin staves are brown and dark brown colour , anti-slip, UV resistant, anti-mycotical, no splinters, no special maintenance required, similar to natural wood, with a series of unequal veins, created on purpose by a special moulding process
