High-speed sailing in one designs is a rare and much longed for combination. The thought of going upwind at 11 knots or bearing off on one pontoon and reaching 15 knots in only 10 knots of wind is exhilarating to any serious sailor. For sailors with experience in monohulls the step to the SeaCart 30 GP is a small one except for the dramatic increase in speed. The basic set-up of mainsail, selftacking jib and furling gennaker make boathandling simple and effective.
Built for fast inshore races and long offshore races this 930 kgs racehorse is still fit for a weekend cruise. The width is on the low side for a multihull to encourage tacking and make sailing tactically interesting.

New One Design SeaCart 30 FCR
The One Design SeaCart 30 Folding Club Racer trimaran continues Oceanlake Marines AB’s quest to develop and produce the market’s finest racing built, high performance trimarans. The new folding SC30 FCR has inherited her racing pedigree from the unique full carbon SC30 GP and caters for a market looking for top quality, easy trailering to and from venues, weekend high performance OD Racing or Cruising at an affordable price level.
Specified for inshore and coastal racing as well for nice Sport Cruising sessions with friends or family, comfort options available and a cruise set of sails including a fractional Gennaker. Equipped with a fathead two reef main sail, self tacking jib and 1:28 main sheet purchase system for easy boat handling. Furling masthead Gennaker, Code 0 (extra sail) and Jib (option) for blistering sail changes, concentrate on the tactic instead of repacking sails for the next hoist!
The racing folding system combined with a mast raise system make the trailer to sailing sequence using a slipway as swift as other models on the market. But there the similarities end. The 1,300 kgs SC30 FCR is built in the same moulds as the well proven full carbon SC30 GP, produced in e-glass, using epoxy, vacuum, infusion plus carbon fibre reinforced bulkheads for longevity stiffness. All ISAF ruled watertight bulkheads are in place. Full carbon beams, rudder blades, daggerboard, mast, soft shroud options make the SC30 FCR a top of class product ready to tackle high speed OD Racing, Celebrity ProAm’s, Charter Event’s, Sailing Clinics, Resort VIP Wakeboard sessions... The SC30 FCR have the ingredients to make a large OD Class.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the newest addition to our product line-up, The Hobie Mirage Adventure Island, a 16’ Trimaran “Sail/yak” that incorporates the patented Hobie MirageDrive into a unique sailing machine unlike any other sailing craft on the water.

While the CLC SailRig™-equipped kayak is a proper sailboat by any measure, the beauty of the design is that you get your kayak back when you're done sailing. With the SailRig™ removed, all that's left are four eyebolts and an easily hidden mast step: no bulky reinforcements or heavy gear. No worries if the wind dies, because the aka (crossbeam) spacing permits a paddling stroke with the SailRig™ in place.
Fast sailing kayak-trimarans open up all sorts of adventure possibilities. The compact kayak and rig can be cartopped to some far-flung archipelago, assembled on the beach, loaded with gear, and sailed 40+ miles in eight hours. If the wind dies, you paddle. In good weather, long crossings can be contemplated, and a theoretical voyage might carry you 250 miles or more in six days.

For those who demand the very best sail shape possible in a genoa designed for furling. Design focus is on durability, performance, extended range, versatility, and control in breeze. Composite materials are used in the same tri radial construction (not a simplified version) usually found only in the most sophisticated racing genoas. Initial performance is comparable to that of pure racing genoas, combined with a dramatically improved long term shape-life and partial furling capability by comparison to cross cut configurations. Structural durability is absolutely not compromised.
