DESIGN AND PERFORMANCES
The idea that gave birth to the first layout lines of the ERYD 30 was to create a unique object, with an elegant design, modern and classic at the same time, so that it would always be topical. In order to make this possible we used the best uncompromising building techniques, advanced composite materials and shapes of keel and appendices that are extremely efficient, even with little wind. The result is a pleasant boat, safe, easy to sail even on one's own, and with enough living comodities and comfort for daily and short cruises.
DECK PLAN
Big sundeck spaces free of any manoeuvres, all the halyards within reach of the helmsman, lowered mainsail and jib rails, skylights flush at deck level in order not to hinder the circulation....these are some of the details studied for the deck of the ERYD 30, details that make her unique in design and functionality.
INTERIORS
The interiors of the ERYD are completely stucco plastered by hand and varnished.
The absence of internal bulkheads gives the interior a pleasant feeling of space.
Four comfortable beds, a foldaway stove and all the led spots grant the necessary comfort for daily and short cruises.
CONSTRUCTION
The ERYD 30 is built in infusion of vinylester resin, biaxial and unidirectional glass fabric and airex sandwich. The rudder, the mast and the centreboard are entirely built in carbon.
The particularly rigid and light structure results in a 50% ballast-displacement ratio to the benefit of performance and safety at sea.

ERYD OPEN
The idea of the project came out from the fact that during the past years we many times met boat owners who were ex sailors and who, due to lack of time and crew, were unable to manage their own sailing boat, and decided to choose a motor boat in order to finally be able to spend their (often short) holidays with the only thought of selecting the bay where to anchor, sunbathe and have a swim.
The problem is that a sailor will be a sailor forever… It is difficult that a motor boat fulfils his expectations even if on one hand it has undisputed advantages such as a functional and easy use, on the other hand it illustrates that “monotony” in the way of living the sea, which, after a while (…usually within one season) leads the owner to sell his new purchase.
The ERYD OPEN grew out as a result of the above considerations and, whilst it is a sailing boat with a sporty and elegant design, it still has the comforts that are normally exclusively on motor boats… therefore you will find comfortable and spacious sunbathing areas, completely new onboard of sailing boats of this size, together with an easy and convenient access to the sea and the exclusive opportunity to personalise the cockpit with seats made to measure in their shape, material and colour.
In fact, thanks to an exclusive and extremely simple fastening system of the benches, one has the possibility to increase the number and position of the seats at will and they can also be removed and put off board at the end of the season, or in order to completely empty the cockpit on the occasion of fleet regattas or match races.

There’s nothing quite like steering a sleek, fast boat with a light touch on the tiller, the stability of a keel below, being close to the water and sliding through waves with barely a wake or whisper.
One’s standard of acceleration and that feeling of being one with wind, wave and boat probably started on a small dinghy…a Hobie Cat, Sunfish or inland scow. Then as one’s boats got larger, some of the magic faded. Sure, cruising was an adventure and the camaraderie of a winning race crew unforgettable. But, now it seems there’s less time for such pursuits. Priorities change. Every moment counts. Time’s too precious and the alternatives too numerous to put up with any boat less than what will recapture those simple joys of sailing. J/100 is designed to do just that.
The comforts that experienced sailors appreciate are part of the package. A two cylinder inboard saildrive hums along at 6.5 knots like a sewing machine, when you can hear it. Why limit your horizons because the wind might die? There’s a bona fide marine head and even a couple of bunks with an option for a V-berth forward for the occasional overnight. A dodger works to extend the sailing season.

wallynano can be sailed single handed, with a self tacking jib and Hydraulic Controls for the main and genoa sheets with control push buttons.
wallynano has a flush deck completely covered by teak and a cabin top with vertical glass sides to offer the inside-outside living concept.
wallynano has a large open cockpit with integrated aft deck, creating
a large sunbathing area, that is unique for this size of boat.
wallynano has a spectacular aft transom overhang and a plumb bow,
creating a long water line with a magnificent retro look.
wallynano is built using the latest advanced composite technology
using a sandwich of carbon fiber and epoxy resin.
All the rig is also in carbon fibre. As a result, the displacement is only 2,600 kg (5,071 lbs)
The sail plan includes a carbon spars package with a retractable bowsprit for the gennaker. The high aspect ratio rig is designed for easy handling and fast sailing. The sail area is large but the center is kept low thanks to the bowsprit, allowing to have a comfortable self-tacking jib on the first half
and a large gennaker on the extended end. With these two sails and the main, the helmsman can enjoy sailing the boat always at the top performance.
The interior layout features a double bunk in the bow and sofas in the saloon. The head and the basin are integrated in the internal furniture such as the lockers. The interior styling is clean and simple with carbon soles, exposed carbon hull lining, and metallic grey bulkheads and ceilings.
