We have developed our own computer controlled manufacturing method in which prepreg (pre-impregnated) tows are wound onto a mandrel (cylinder) prior to oven curing. This method enables us to exercise full control over every stage of the manufacturing process and guarantee products of consistently high quality. One of the big advantages of this Selden production method is that it enables us to achieve sufficient durability in the areas subject to the greatest loads and wear.

Telescopic pole, can be extended to 150% of normal spinnaker pole length (SPL), a must when poling out a large genoa or a gennaker. It can be telescoped down for easier stowage.

CST have just released a new standard range of spinnaker poles. Please select poles by their maximum length, boat size is given as a guide only. CST also manufactures bow poles and receiving tubes, for dinghies, through to sports boats and larger yachts.
The poles can be supplied as bare tubes or complete with machined plastic plugs, selected end fittings and trip lines (bridles not included). There is also the option of including an aramid wear patch and poles can be clear coated with polyurethane for UV protection.

Hall carbon-fiber poles are manufactured using the same aerospace-quality, seamless construction process as our extraordinary masts and booms. Each pole is custom molded on a male mandrel then autoclave-cured to eliminate voids. Hall uses unidirectional, pre-preg carbon fiber for the pole's structure, resulting in maximum strength at minimum weight.
Hall Spars & Rigging spinnaker poles are made for intense sailing. Hall poles save weight on deck, are easier to handle (half the weight of aluminum), and are incredibly tough. Kevlar in key areas protects the carbon from chafe.

Holmatro mast jacks are used to pre-tension the rig. You can choose between portable aluminium jacks and integrated stainless steel jacks. The aluminium mast jacks are supplied in a carrying case, together with a pressure gauge and hand pump. The stainless steel mast jacks are mounted upside down inside the mast. They come with a pressure gauge, hydraulic hose and hand pump.
Holmatro hydraulic mast jacks are used to pre-tension the rig. Holmatro’s through-bar mast jacks are available in aluminium or painted steel. The popular aluminium jacks are supplied as a complete set with a hand pump, hydraulic hose, plug-in pressure gauge and carrying case. The stainless steel in-mast jacks are mounted upside down in the mast on a permanent basis. A complete set includes a tilting saddle, a hand pump with mounted pressure gauge, a hydraulic hose and quick couplers.

The carbon fibre boom distinguishes itself by having a low weight, high strength, and a unique design and appearance. Our design team will take all the needs and specific wishes into the design of the boom
Primarily, there are two types of carbon fibre booms. The ordinary boom, known from small yachts, and the Park Avenue boom, used on the big mega yachts on which the size of the mainsail is so bigand heavy that it will require the boom to have ”wings” which will carry the sail when lowered, generally supported by lazy jacks.
Nordic Mast has its own moulds and tools for making carbon fibre booms. Nordic Masts use the same technique and engineering principles for the boom structures as we do for our masts. Nordic Mast is only using leading products in the making of our boom.
Small but very fine details on the PARK AVENUE BOOM as he incorporated track for the boomcover and the suncover are two of the standard features on the product.

The Nordic Smart Boom is available for new as well as existing booms and is made customized in carbon fibre to keep its weight down to an absolute minimum. The primary purpose of the Nordic Smart Boom is that of "picking up" the mainsail when the sail is lowered down on the boom, the boom tarpaulin is zipped, and the sail is stowed away.
Nordic smart Boom primarily targets boats ranging between 30 and 50 ft.; above that, we would recommend the Park Avenue boom. No matter if you have a new or older boat and you are looking for easy handling, a refined look, the Nordic Smart Boom will fulfill your needs.
