The latest Yacht from the new Centurion generation could not hide her origins :
Also designed by Berret / Racoupeau Y.D., her timeless hull and deck lines unmistakably evoke those of the Centurion 45s.
On the technical side, the hull is built using the infusion technique, the lead keel has a moderate bulb and the deck fittings are the best available. The Centurion 40s is also equipped with the Wauquiez patented transom platform fitted on the 45s.
In terms of accomodation, the Centurion 40s favours comfort above all : 2 double cabins, separate head and shower compartments, « L » shaped galley, and 2 real sea berths in the saloon. The quality of the cabinetwork inside is in the pure Wauquiez tradition, combining elegance and functionality.

The Moody 41 AC means the beginning of a new era. It progresses the range of the traditionally attractive aft cockpit yachts for those yachtsmen who appreciate classic yacht design elements.
With its distinctive construction and features, such as a vertical stern and oval windows, the designer Bill Dixon and the interior designer Mark Tucker take the values of the past and transfer them into an extraordinary vision. This, combined with the individual options, such as two single berths, or the customisation potential the Moody 41 AC becomes a very special yacht in its category.
It is simply self-evident that this yacht has the best sailing qualities by using cutting edge production technologies and modern materials.

For a long time yachtsmen had to make a choice : deserted coves or sailing close-hauled; the safety of aluminum or the performance obtained from composites. Faraway cruises required a sturdy boat, fast sailing demanded lightness …
The Allures 40 now offers exacting yachtsmen the best combination : a) an aluminum hull welded by the experts of Constructions Mécaniques de Normandie whose welding processes obtain the agreement of the top super-visory bodies; b) a composite superstructure which guarantees a lighter boat and improved insulation.
With her generous sailplan, her taut lines and her 2.60m. draft (center-board fully dropped), the Allures 40 can compare with any production keeler. Elegant and performant the Allures 40 is easy to manoeuvre even with a shorthanded crew; with her you will also be able to reach the remotest beaching places with her mere 0.95m. draft (centerboard fully lifted).

Stunning to look at and perfect for family cruising yet thrilling and highly competitive as a racer too. A modern, high tech construction encompassing comfortable, cosy interiors, a real gem when it comes to customisation. And all at a surprisingly attractive price.
The new Comet 41 Sport was designed by the Vallicelli.

The volumes of the low, elegant deckhouse have obviously been very carefully designed as indeed has the roomy cockpit, which is also available in the open stern version with a very straight stem with rake angles maximised with respect to the LOA.The Comet 41 Sport has a composite construction using Airex sandwich with epoxy vinyl resin and multiaxial glass tissues. The fin keel boasts an elongated wing as per the IMS rule. However, solutions more in line with IRC and Open racing or cruising are also available.

THE SUNBEAM 42. The deck layout offers the crew comfortable working and relaxing areas. An ergonomic concept with practical control capability direct from the safety of the centre cockpit. The standard equipment delivered with the SUNBEAM 42 is a fine example of Schoechl Yachtbau's understanding of requirements for active and passive safety on board. With a laid teak deck and solid teak toe rails, genoa sheet tracks leading very far aft with Sunbeam turning blocks for a clear cockpit, side gates in the lifelines, stainless steel pushpit with bathing platform and bathing ladder, recessed jib tracks and deck fittings and lots more that lends to your personal safety. This includes a roll reef genoa and roll reef main sail with a minimum clearance of 2 meters under the boom.

This new design offers higher average cruising speeds, combined with more comfort and stability.
Available in four different layout options, the standard offers a three-cabin accommodation allowing six to sleep in comfort, without using the saloon.

The Morris Yachts M42 developed out of the tremendous success of her smaller sister, the M36. Retaining all of the great ease of handling features and classic beauty of the M36, the new M42 provides greater interior volume for more luxurious accommodations below and an even larger cockpit with more generous seating. Morris Yachts and the legendary design firm Sparkman and Stephens have once again teamed up to produce a yacht of lasting beauty – a yacht that will grace any harbor and provide her owner with pride of ownership for many years.
|
|
The 42 is a classic looking yacht with moderate height to the topsides, a sweet sheerline, pleasing overhangs and a long, wide and low cabin top. The 42 is intended to add a performance element to other essential blue water attributes like directional stability, stiffness and good load carrying ability. Below the waterline she looks conservative, with a deep canoe body, long fin keel and a big skeg hung rudder.
Below decks you will find a very spacious open plan saloon with a large, beautifully finished saloon table, which seats eight comfortably with both leaves extended. There are storage lockers above and behind the port and starboard seating areas, with bookcases, bottle storage and lee cloths to port and starboard fitted as standard.
The forward facing chart table will easily take a folded admiralty chart, plus the usual aids to navigation and a customised ships control panel. Charts can be stowed in the chart drawer under the pilot berth.

|
Outwardly, the new Pacific Seacraft 40 closely resembles its larger and smaller sisters, but in fact each model in the line incorporates modification to the shape and refinements aimed mostly at improved performance and safety.
The 40 retains the general form of split underbody with ventral fin between keel and large skeg. As before the primary aim throughout is ease of control by a small crew in bad conditions. My own belief is that one should not travel only to arrive: the passage itself should be relaxing and fun. We formed the underbody for this purpose, and we have had numerous reports from other boats in the line of surfing down waves in heavy weather at speed/length ratios of over 2 with easy control.
I also believe that speed on passage is quite different from speed round the buoys, and that a small crew should be able to sail an offshore cruiser to it's full potential without exhaustion.
