Exterior and interior of all standard cabinets, including front, sides, doors and louvered grill are constructed of heavy gauge, type 304 stainless steel.
Special attention was taken in engineering the doors of the Cospolich cabinet. The door unit was designed to withstand the continuous use and abuse that is common in all food service applications.
Resilient vinyl gaskets which are pre-formed in frames with welded corners, greatly inhibit bacterial growth and are easily replaceable.
Heaters, which are concealed under the thermal breaker strip around the door perimeter, prevent condensation.
Interior lighting, a standard item in all refrigerator compartments, is activated by the door opening.

Designed and created by Cospolich to meet the demand for large cold-storage spaces, ARCTIC SAFE offers many advantages, even in situations that present installation and operational challenges.
CONSTRUCTION
In its construction, ARCTIC SAFE continues the Cospolich reputation for strength and beauty. Heavy-duty marine-quality doors, latches, and hinges assure that "wear points" are minimized. Wall panels are reinforced with 4" foamed-in-place polyurethane, further supported by full perimeter molded dense urethane support system hardrails, and all is encased in .035 stainless steel. The floor is .060 stainless steel, reinforced with a rigid underlayment, and is capable of supporting 2500lbs. per square foot.

To satisfy a need for high quality, shipboard grade, heated products, Cospolich has introduced their "HP" class of horizontal and vertical Hot Hold/Proofing cabinets.
These fully insulated cabinets are designed, in the Hold Mode, to keep prepared food at correct serving temperatures. In the Proofing Mode, humidity is introduced into the heated compartment to generate quantities of evenly raised dough.
Air circulation is designed to give even temperature ranges throughout the compartment, whether in the Proofing or Holding modes.
Angle tray slides accommodate either 18" x 26" or 12" x 20" pans.
In the Hold Mode, the 2000 Watt heater holds foods at up to 180° F (82° C). In the Proofing Mode, the separate 1850 Watt heating element will produce temperatures ranging from 80° F (26.5° C) to 95° F (35° C), with relative humidity of 95%.
Exterior front mounted controls are easily adjustable and accessible, making adjustments, without interrupting process, possible.

The combination of full perimeter counter access with optional upper display and base refrigerated storage, makes for a fine working arrangement. Each unit has the capability of opening with or without the cold well.
