Macerator Pump
The TA3P10-19 macerator pump takes care of toilet waste. A rotary cutter shreds waste before it is pumped into or out from the holding tank. The pump should be connected as close as possible to the holding tank discharge outlet or the bowl discharge outlet. Note! Use unbleached lavatory paper only.

The sewage pump M is a self-priming diaphragm pump. It works without a macerator. Even bigger solids can be conveyed without damaging the pump because of the lip valves which have been installed. The self-locking valves make the pump non-reactive, i.e. it can be mounted to the side standing, hanging or sideways. The intake and discharge bent is revolving. This is necessary for better connecting possibilities of the suction and pressure hoses. The suction and pressure connections usually go from left to right. They can easily be changed, if the suction way should go from right to left or from the bottom to the top. All parts which come into contact with water can be ordered in red brass or aluminium. The pump can be delivered with a 12 V or 24 V motor.
Continuous operation 1 – 2 hours max.
Attention: The cross section of the pipe should never be less than 1 ½”/ 38 mm – or the pump capacity will not be achieved.

The Rheinstrom sewage pump FS 370 is a big, very hard wearing macerator pump which is suitable for continuous operation. It is not self-priming and therefore it must be installed either at the lowest part of the tank or lower than the tank itself. A macerator which chops up the conveying means is mounted in front of the pump. In case maintenance has to be carried out the pump’s body can easily be taken apart. In contrast to the sewage pump F the sewage pump FS 370 is suitable for continuous operation. Sewage tanks up to a size of 1 m³ are ideal for this pump.

WASTE EVACUATION
The Jabsco 18590 series DC macerator pump unit is the ideal solution for emptying marine holding tanks when not in a discharge restricted area. Self priming to 5ft this pump will empty a typical 30 gallon (115 Liter) holding tank in less than 3 minutes. Duty cycle of the pump is 15 minutes continuous which means a 180 gallon (680 liter) can be emptied in a single operation
It is recommended that holding tanks be flushed with several gallons of water after each pump out. This will reduce the possibility of a continued build up of sediment in the tank which could cause a potential blockage.
FISH BOX AND LIVEWELL TANK EVACUATION
The Jabsco Macerator Pump is the ideal pump for the emptying of Fish box and livewell receptacles. Very often the livewell tank will be above the waterline of the boat, when this is the case gravity can be used to empty the livewell tank. If not installed in this format then it is beneficial to use the Jabsco macerator pump for evacuation due to its self-priming capabilities and also it's grinding properties.
Fish boxes are typically mounted into the floor of the vessel and are very often below the waterline or only partially above the waterline. Again the Jabsco Macerator pump has the characteristics that lend themselves to this application. The bait residue particles of ice, fish scales and anything else that could potentially be found in the Fish-Box will be easily passed buy the Jabsco Macerator Pump, and the self priming capabilities are perfect for fish box installations common to many of today's sports fishing boats.

AquaT%u2122 Marine toilets
Available in a wide variety of different versions marketed under three basic models - standard and premium electric-powered or manual - the AquaT%u2122 marine toilet has been designed to meet virtually every conceivable lavatory installation situation onboard.
Priced competitively, the fine finish and well thought-through design of these toilets is remarkable. Made from white vitreous porcelain, and with corrosion resistant parts throughout, the AquaT%u2122 marine toilet, is quiet, robust and easy to clean.
Using the AquaT%u2122 marine toilet, water inlet and outlet takes place in two distinct steps. First the bowl is filled with clear water, and then the waste is flushed, leaving the bowl empty and clean, with no liquids sloshing about. Naturally, automatic back-flow prevention is incorporated into the design.
Most models can be ordered with standard, bevelled or low profiles in order to fit almost any hull and bulkhead configuration, and all are available in either compact or comfort versions so you can outfit your marine lavatory with the perfect-sized toilet, no matter what the layout.
Power models are shipped with well-proven Aqua Jet diaphragm pumps in either 12V or 24V versions, and the manual version incorporates an ergonomically designed, hand-powered piston pump that can be mounted for either left-hand or right-hand use.
It is probably fair to think of most toilets as commonplace products, but look at the features and you are sure to see that the AquaT%u2122 is far from ordinary. Quiet, hygienic and reliable, the AquaT%u2122 marine toilet is perfect for almost any marine toilet room.
