The MVP UltraMAXTM FIT® Chop system delivers power, versatility and rugged construction for long lasting use. Rapid Access Design (RAD) for easy maintenance, and reliable performance. This is the one the other guys compare themselves to.
The MVP UltraMAXTM FIT® Chop system is the low pressure champion. If your goal is to make quality parts with minimal overspray and no wasted materials, then low pressure is the way to go. With the UltraMAXTM pumping system, the MVP FIT® Chop system utilizes the lowest pressure (15 - 30 psi) on the market.
The latest technology in emissions control is the patented FIT® (Fluid Impingement Technology). When you use FIT® technology, you can be assured you are armed with the latest state-of-the art weapon against harmful emissions. The MVP UltraMAXTM FIT® Chop system has the lowest emissions available.
Precision counts. The key to efficient FRP production is achieving a uniform laminate. With no splashing or bounceback and less air entrapment, the UltraMAXTM FIT® Chop system produces a stronger, more uniform laminate. |

The Magnum Venus Products UltraMAX™ High Volume unit features a low-pressure pumping system, modular design, no castings or machined parts and air motor options suited to multiple applications. This system is designed for FIT®, spray, RTM and pour applications.
*Greater Versatility
With the ability to adapt to different applications efficiently, this HV system has a greater versatility over like products on the market. When more pump power is required for highly filled resin systems, the 10:1 resin pump on the UltraMAX™ would be ideal.
*Automatic or Hand Held Applications
The UltraMAX™ High Volume System is generally incorporated into automatic high volume applications such as filament winding, however it is flexible enough to be used in hand held applications for pouring heavily filled resins.
*Easy Maintenance
Using the “simplistic efficiency” design model, the MVP High Volume system is easy to rebuild after routine maintenance.
*Lower Pump Velocity
With a lower pump velocity, the HV system extends the life of the packings and piston cups. |

With most economy gel coat systems, the compromise made to get a lower cost unit often comes with a lower quality performance. The GlasCraft G2 Gel Coat System was designed to achieve superior results without the traditional trade-offs.
The GlasCraft G2 System comes standard with the GlasCraft LPA-II-AAC spray gun. Air Assist Containment (AAC) spray technology takes advantage of an exclusive design which provides a controlling "air curtain" to provide the highest material transfer efficiency available.
A 13:1 ratio Material Pump is used to deliver 1.25 GPM. The durable and dependable SP-85 Catalyst Slave Pump completes the list of "standard" components of the G2 System.
GlasCraft also offers a gel coat heater option which is available on the G2H system. This provides consistent material temperature as it is being applied to the mold surface. |
|
Gelcoat spray-up is the first phase of the manufacturing process for polyester parts. Gelcoat defines colour, surface aspect and isolating capabilities of the part.
This thin and unique layer of laminate deserves a special attention when being applied.
Matrasur Composites offers not less than 5 machines and numerous configurations and ancillaries in a comprehensive Gelcoat Range. |
|
The proven technology of the GlasCraft INDy is available for gel-coat applications. The NEW INDy Gun is the most reliable internal mix gun available in the market today. It can be started for operation and shut down at the end of the job very quickly. It is also very economical to maintain over it's extended life-cycle.
Non-atomized dispense of polyester resin is one of the single most important issues for open-mold processing. The GlasCraft-exclusive, single orifice, directed column dispense technology of the INDy delivers unmatched performance and material transfer efficiency. The design allows the system to operate at the lowest levels of styrene emissions and genere the most workable dispersion of material available. Higher quality and lower emissions make the INDy Gel-Coat system a wise investment for any fabricator. |

In-Plant Proportioners
The Guardian IP-Series is a high performance dispensing system for polyurethane foam, adhesives, and elastomeric coatings specifically designed for In-Plant applications. Its compact, portable design fits through standard doorways and is easy to maneuver within the plant.
Options available for the Guardian IP systems include the Delayed Air Purge and Dispense Cycle counter. Additional information on these options can be located on the right hand tool bar.
GlasCraft’s fluid pumps are 200% to 400% larger than the competition. This results in 50% to 75% less pump strokes to dispense the same amount of material. Reduced pump cycles means less wear & tear on the seals resulting in reduced maintenance costs, less downtime and longer pump life.
The Guardian IP-Series is available in a number of configurations, including both low- and high-pressure and low- and high-heat models. In general, the A5-Series is best suited to Spray Foam applications and the A6-Series is suitable for both Spray Foam and Polyurea Coatings applications. Please review the literature for each at the right to learn more about the differences between the Guardian A5 and A6 lines. |

GlasCraft's Multi-Color Gel Coat (MCG) System has been designed to provide manufacturers with all the durability and modularity of a standard Gel Coat System while allowing operators to feed a multitude of fluid sections. This allows for greater efficiency in FRP operations that require numerous colors or continuous color change.
The quick, efficient color change of the MCG eliminates a significant amount of material waste in such operations. The GlasCraft MCG can be outfitted with gun technology that takes advantage of GlasCraft's exclusive Air Assist Containment (AAC) technology for even greater material transfer efficiency. AAC delivers a containment "curtain of air" so that the impinging stream is highly controlled and the resulting spray pattern enhanced and defined. The MCG also makes use of the GlasCraft model SP-85 catalyst slave pump and the industry leading 11:1 ratio material pump. |

The Putty Chop Check is ideal for syntactic style putties and delivers superior pre-loading of high viscosity materials. Designed to save you money, you can cut production time, material waste and reduce labor with this rugged unit. The Putty Chop Check has been proven to increase production for large operations by reducing the amount of labor required to produce large parts by 1/3, and can cut production time in half. How? The Putty Chop Check provides only the amount of putty you need, reducing material waste normally encountered with hand mixing.
No more triggering into the bucket waiting for proper catalyzation as is necessary with other machines. Maintenance is a breeze and its operating simplicity make it the operator's choice for precise delivery of spray patterns and/or putty beads. The Putty Chop Check spray unit includes an operator-friendly gun designed for rapid application of low- to medium viscosity putties. Consistent metering and mixing can now be achieved at the gun. The Putty Chop Check unit now features hardened nitrotech rods and a hardened cylinder. |

The APD System is specifically designed to improve processing and simplify application of high viscosity polyester putties.
The APD uses a 23:1 ratio RAM pumping unit to proportion materials in excess of 1,000,000 centipoise. The pump is equipped with an air motor control valve to prevent static build-up of line pressure. This will prevent the bursting of glass spheres. Normal operating pressure ranges from 200 to 300 PSI. |
