Net drums
We deliver net drums with pull up to 120tons first layer.
The net drums are equipped with brake capacity for up to 200 tons.

Almost all net drums are manufactured to special order and have been of a power and size to suit individual customers. The power is usually comparable to that of the trawl winch and the net drum will usually operate off the same hydraulic system.
Size is dependent on requirement and space available.
As with our trawl winches, net drums are galvanised as far as possible then primed and painted to a high standard of finish.
Net drums can also be manufactured in aluminium to reduce weight.

Bearings: Two sealed ball races are incorporated in the design assembly, to carry the full radial load of the hauler. Working loads are not imposed upon the hydraulic motor bearings.
Installation: Install into a console, bulkhead, or "P" bracket. The line keep is an optional addition and is independently fitted into the console or bulkhead face.
