This Wave Handler 900 operates in Nigeria as a mooring line and hose handling workboat and her design has been carefully tailored to this role. She has a small wheelhouse with seating for six, a bow access arrangement forward for personnel transfers and she is supplied with crane lifting points. The aft deck is fitted with working platforms recessed into both the quarters and a ramp to facilitate hose handling with an hydraulic capstan built into a plinth on the deck.

Net drums
We deliver net drums with pull up to 120tons first layer.
The net drums are equipped with brake capacity for up to 200 tons.

Almost all net drums are manufactured to special order and have been of a power and size to suit individual customers. The power is usually comparable to that of the trawl winch and the net drum will usually operate off the same hydraulic system.
Size is dependent on requirement and space available.
As with our trawl winches, net drums are galvanised as far as possible then primed and painted to a high standard of finish.
Net drums can also be manufactured in aluminium to reduce weight.

- Swivels and locks to suit best working direction.
- The rubberised drum is designed to be "end for ended" to minimise surface wear and maximise useful life.

- The hydraulic system may be supplied to operate off the conventional inboard engine,or separate petrol or diesel power pack.

S.G. iron is a high grade, high strength material with superior resistance to wear and corrosion.

Bearings: Two sealed ball races are incorporated in the design assembly, to carry the full radial load of the hauler. Working loads are not imposed upon the hydraulic motor bearings.
Installation: Install into a console, bulkhead, or "P" bracket. The line keep is an optional addition and is independently fitted into the console or bulkhead face.
Motor size: 337 CC/REV.
Motor torque: 980 NM @ 200 BAR.
