This unique and attractive railing system is easy to configure and install using basic hand tools. All components are made from polished type 316 stainless steel. The cable is held tight by a compression fitting eliminating the need for swedging equipment.

SELF-BEARING GANGWAY - FUNCTIONALITY WITHOUT BARRIERS
The Martini Marinas self-bearing gangway represents an authentic innovation regarding the traditional gangways: it eliminates any architectural barrier that inhibits access to the handicapped, making easy the passage from the pontoon to the dock and vice versa.
The gangway is fixed to the dock by a special steel base having a device allowing both horizontal and vertical rotations. The connection to the pontoon is made by two joint knees, analogous to those used for the floating modules. The gangway has the same width of the pontoon. The result is a continuous communication between the water and the dock, no steps along the dunnage, perfect for the transport of heavy materials on cart up to the boat. The Martini Marinas self-bearing gangway is an innovative solution that also in conditions of strong backwash grants the constant connection between land and pontoons.

As the link between land and water, they comply with all the regulations and norms while keeping a distinctive look and combining design and solidity. The provision to furnish your gangway with a security gate system allows you to control access.

A range of standard width, length and live load steel or aluminium structured access bridges are available, although ramps can be designed and built to customers' specific requirements. Shorter, steel ramps can be provided with galvanised finish, larger steel structured bridges will be painted.
Aluminium bridges are generally finished self colour, although a decorative paint system can be applied if required.
Bridges and ramps are generally decked using anti-slip hardwood decking, although alternative finishes are always available.
Larger bridges feature warren truss side rail structures and can be fitted with mesh infill or vertical rail anti-climb panels.

The truss can take on a variety of different looks but, you will always have a great experience on a Topper gangway. They can be painted or mill finish and the deck can be selected from a wide array of choices. Commercial and residential gangways are available in loadings up to 100 PSF and will meet UBC,IBC, OSHA or local standards as required.
