To begin, MVP offers expert consultation for the design of the customer’s specific system, even up to designing a turn-key line for larger operations.
After the initial needs have been determined and designs have been completed, the expert MVP fabrication team will build the part-specific TechLock™ Clamp system. For automation, the OptiLogic™ Control and Uniport™ Injection Sprue will be incorporated.

The GlasCraft Spartan II is the latest technology available from GlasCraft that is specifically designed for low-pressure injection of polyester and vinyl ester resin in Resin Transfer Molding (RTM and RTM Lite) Injection Applications. GlasCraft's Spartan Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) Injection System is configured as a manual injection system. The Spartan is the industry standard for low cost, entry level injection systems and provides uncompromised performance.
The re-useable static mixing element can be initially cleaned with the air purge. The remaining resin and catalyst can be rinsed out with solvent, then followed by a drying air purge. This will leave the dispense head and mixing element clean, dry, and ready for the next injection.
The Pneumatic Trigger reduces pressure shock to the mold.
11:1 ratio Material Pump... durable, high-production design featuring a reliable 5" Air Motor which can develop to 1100 psi fluid pressure and delivering 2.5 gpm.
25 ft 1/2" Hoses allow for easy movement to and around molds. The 1/2" diameter allows effortless handling of filled materials.
ASME-approved 2 gallon stainless-steel Solvent Tank is standard. 5 gallon tank is an option.
