Modules: 1 to 6 metres in length with a load capacity of between 200 and 500 kg/m2. Span length between supports can be configured to reduce piling costs.

The Donut system uses a floating ring-shaped fender which rises and falls with the water level on a central steel pile, guided by low-friction pads. The Donut system’s ability to rotate helps reduce shear forces in both fender and dolphin and allows vessels to move fore and aft (warp) along the fender.

Fiberglass-reinforced composite sheet piling have a broad range of applications for earth and/or seawall construction. The vinyl sheet piling of ESP International B.V. won’t get eroded by the environment or nature, is light-weight and resistant to chemicals and frost (up to -30 °C or -22 °F). These characteristics result in a long lifecycle. In addition, the vinyl sheet piling of ESP International B.V. is entirely manufactured from recycled materials.
The sheet piling is vibrated into the ground and is then capped by a vinyl cover. We have also developed corner pieces for connecting light and medium-weight sheet piling. The sheet piling is colourfast and is available in a range of colours.
