The ED35A ceiling system consists of a sheet metal half-tray filled with mineral wool. This design features low weight and a solid and stabilizing substructure. The prefabricated border profiles of the wall system provide additional strength without the need for top profiles. In larger rooms, the panels can be installed with center profiles. After the substructure is mounted, the panels are laid into it and screwed on using retention hooks. With the exception of the two screws needed to attach the final panel, no screwed connections are visible.

The SD35A ceiling system is a sandwich construction made of sheet metal and mineral wool. This design features a high load-bearing capacity. The prefabricated border profiles provide additional strength to the wall system without the need for top profiles. The ceiling can be installed without consideration of the wall height.
After the substructure is mounted, the panels are screwed onto the ceiling using retention hooks. Assembly can be completed from the lower side of a specially designed final panel. With the exception of the two screws needed to attached the final panel, no screwed connections are visible.

The MSW50M multilayer wall is designed to meet very stringent noise-insulation requirements.
With its sound reduction index of Rw= 42 dB, this wall meets the highest requirements for noise control; in addition, it fulfills the requirements of fire classification B-15. The assembly is based on the groove-and-tongue principle. The wall is connected to the floor using prefabricated U-shaped sections, available in a number of different lengths from the manufacturer. The sections are laid out and fastened on the floor. Several types of surface finishes are available to suit different requirements; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The pattern book that is supplied lists available decorative finishes. The design and all materials used have been tested and approved.

PANEL CEILING B0 and B15
A panel ceiling is designed to be used on vessels and in industrial land projects. Various classes of fire protection are met thanks to insulation from non-combustible mineral wool. An even / smooth / surface and an easy assembly are main advantages of this type of construction.
Construction
The ceiling consists of lining elements, girders and suspending elements. As lining elements there are used ceiling strips, 300 mm wide, with thermal insulation from non-combustible mineral wool density 110 kg/m3 . Lengtwise edges are shaped in such a way that they form their own "feathers" thanks to which panels are connected smoothly. A connector put into an edge of a strips makes this construction rigid / it's also a mounting element of a supporting structure /. Mounting girders together with ceiling profiles form a supporting structure. The supporting structure is hung up to the deck / or ceiling / with suspension metal elements which eneble to make an easy connection with girders and flexible levelling of ceiling higher class of fire protection is obtained by putting an additional layer of mineral wool as panels and girders.

The ceiling system is based on the SW50 wall design. With its B-15 fire classification and its sound reduction index of Rw=33dB, the ceiling system meets all requirements of a modern ship's ceiling system and additionally has a high-strength sandwich construction. The assembly is based on the groove-and-tongue principle.
The ceiling is laid onto a sturdy border profile, which runs along and is screwed to the wall. This eliminates the need for additional top profiles. In larger rooms, the panels can be installed with center profiles. The ceiling panels can be supplied with different types of surface finishes to suit different requirements; all of them have a removable protective film to protect them from becoming damaged during installation. The pattern book that is supplied lists available decorative finishes. The design and all materials used have been tested and approved.

The SW50NF wall panel system is a very good solution if a high fire classification rating and low weight needs to be connected. With a weight of only 19,3 kg/m² the SW50NF wall panel achieves A-15 fire class without other elements. The connection to the floor is achieved by assembling prefabricated U-profiles that are fastened to the bottom construction.
To fit the different requests of the customer several types of decorative finishes are available. Every finish is protected by a pressure sensitive foil to prevent any damage during the installation. Besides the standard finishes many others are available on request.
The design and all components of the SW25NF wall panel system have been tested and approved according to international standards.

The SW25NF wall panel system is a sandwich construction that combines a B-15 fire classification with a low weight. By using the tongue and groove principle with an integrated tongue on one panel side the SW25NF wall panel reaches a weight of only 15,6 kg/m² without losing structural integrity.

Thanks to their low weight and their high rigidity even big-sized elements out of Metawell require only a light sub-construction. Installations such as lamps and loud-speakers can frequently be inserted without the need of additional fittings. Metawell panels can not only be used in traditional frame solutions, which can be realized with all kinds of common sub-construction systems, but are also excellenty suited for self-supporting suspended ceiling 'islands' in public areas.
|
|
|
Metawell panels are also used for raised floors and platforms in public areas of all kinds of vessels. In view of the stiffness of the panels the distance of the supporting frame can be increased, which reduces both assembly time and cost. For higher requirements regarding the compressive strength (point loads) special panels with a higher compressive strength are available. Technical information regarding the dimensioning of suspended floors can be obtained on request.

Metawell Aluflex is the ideal sandwich material for all curved parts or balustrades as it can easily be shaped and has good sound attenuation characteristics. Thanks to its flexibility the material can be adjusted to the constructional conditions at site in the best possible way. The attractive corrugation can be used as design element, too.
|
|
|
The use of big-sized Metawell panels in walls and linings is recommended to create an individual room design of bars, lounges, theatres and discotheques as well as for quickly mountable systems in hat profile constructions or with 'tongue-and-groove' joints. Metawell panels can be produced and processed in almost any length desired so that frequently horizontal joints can be avoided. They can be fixed with traditional systems, which allows for a quick and flexible installation.

Heating CALORIT C glass panels are laminates composed by two or more plates of normal or tempered glass that are joined together by a plastic interlayer, One of the glass sheets is provided with a layer of transparent electrically-conductive material. The uniform distribution of the passage of electric current and the high heating powers achievable ensure homogeneous heating without fogging, even after sudden changes in temperature.
The main characteristics of electrically heated glass panels CALORIT C can be summarized as follows:
Laminated toughened glass heated by depositing of electrically-conductive couche. The conductive couche instead of wired net completely eliminates any optical distortion due to heating elements.
Current supply: CALORIT C glass panels can be fed within a range from 12 to 230 volts. Heating power (watt/dm2) of the glass panels is granted according to the customer’s needs and to the requirements of international standard ISO 3434.
Each glass panel is equipped with its own regulation device, which permits to maintain temperatures at the required level and to avoid overheating of the glass surface itself.
