This system meets all applicable and highest fire protection requirements. Typically, such separation planes are formed by insulated steel walls. Consequently, the A-60 system is a favourable alternative because it uses a partition wall system of the A-60 fire class of considerably reduced weight which meets nevertheless all demands on fire protection.
The main benefit for yards and main suppliers is the time of execution regarding the schedule of the vessel. Welded steel walls are usually implemented in the beginning of all works, the R&M wall system A-60 can be mounted when all other items have already been brought into the vessel and have been fixed and at least connected. This means a wide space during most of the execution time of e.g. deckhouses.
The second benefit is the flexibility regarding changes in the vessel's / deckhouse's design. Even during the last days of execution modifications at the wall might be realized by low costs

The SD35A ceiling system is a sandwich construction made of sheet metal and mineral wool. This design features a high load-bearing capacity. The prefabricated border profiles provide additional strength to the wall system without the need for top profiles. The ceiling can be installed without consideration of the wall height.
After the substructure is mounted, the panels are screwed onto the ceiling using retention hooks. Assembly can be completed from the lower side of a specially designed final panel. With the exception of the two screws needed to attached the final panel, no screwed connections are visible.

The ED35A ceiling system consists of a sheet metal half-tray filled with mineral wool. This design features low weight and a solid and stabilizing substructure. The prefabricated border profiles of the wall system provide additional strength without the need for top profiles. In larger rooms, the panels can be installed with center profiles. After the substructure is mounted, the panels are laid into it and screwed on using retention hooks. With the exception of the two screws needed to attach the final panel, no screwed connections are visible.

Thanks to their low weight and their high rigidity even big-sized elements out of Metawell require only a light sub-construction. Installations such as lamps and loud-speakers can frequently be inserted without the need of additional fittings. Metawell panels can not only be used in traditional frame solutions, which can be realized with all kinds of common sub-construction systems, but are also excellenty suited for self-supporting suspended ceiling 'islands' in public areas.

Aesthetic, fireproof and light, Lautex ceilings are especially suitable for the shipbuilding industry. The most common materials used in the construction of Lautex ceilings are aluminium and steel. Lautex suspended ceilings are certified in fire resistance classes C, B-0 and B-15, thus meeting the requirements of the official authorities. All our products have passed the flue gas and non-toxicity-tests.
|
|
|
Metawell panels are also used for raised floors and platforms in public areas of all kinds of vessels. In view of the stiffness of the panels the distance of the supporting frame can be increased, which reduces both assembly time and cost. For higher requirements regarding the compressive strength (point loads) special panels with a higher compressive strength are available. Technical information regarding the dimensioning of suspended floors can be obtained on request.

|
The use of big-sized Metawell panels in walls and linings is recommended to create an individual room design of bars, lounges, theatres and discotheques as well as for quickly mountable systems in hat profile constructions or with 'tongue-and-groove' joints. Metawell panels can be produced and processed in almost any length desired so that frequently horizontal joints can be avoided. They can be fixed with traditional systems, which allows for a quick and flexible installation.

Constructional system of bulkheads and linings characterizes by almost complete prefabrication of elements and mounting profiles. It ensures easy and fast installation, and accomodations of high standard. Accomodations designed in this system meet the requirements of fire protection of all classes and acoustic insulation.
Apart from basic scope of bulkhead and lining panels we also produce bulkhead and lining panels for wet rooms.
Basic offer
- lining C-25mm
- lining B0/B15-25mm
- bulkhead C-50mm
- bulkhead B15-50mm
- acoustic bulkhead B15-50mm
- bulkhead with cable ducts B15-50mm
- bulkhead B15-80mm
Construction
The "sandwich" panels used in construction are made frm galvanized steel sheets coated with decorative PCV foil. Between steel sheets there is thermal and acoustic core made of mineral wool. Lenghtwise edpes of board, there are fastened with a connector, are shaped in such a way that they form "own festher", with after integration of boards create a butt connection of wall. The completness of system lies in the fact that the producer offers bottom and top profiles, multifunctional corner profiles, which make various joints between walls and walls/ceilings possible. In addition FAMOS offers lining doors, cable carings, window framings, cases for the extinguishers. "Omega" profiles enable an easy assembly and dismounting of walls panels.

Wall and ceiling panels made of non-asbestos mineral board are destined for building ship interiors in so called "traditional" way. The interiors designed and equipped in this system comply with the requirements of fire resistance.
Construction
In this system mineral bard is a core which is bonded with laminates on both sides. Laminates are approved as having low flame spread characteristics and are non-toxic. A range of panels enables to build bulkheads in alleyways, partitions between accomodations and linings of steel wall and decks. This system makes it possible to build so called "wet" accomodations such as kitchens, toilets etc, thanks to possibility of sealing grooved edges with silicones. Double walls comply with sound insulation standards. Wall panels are connected with each by means of a loose tonge steel spline. Corner connections are made from various angle and clamping rings. Ceiling panels are screwed to a framing. Joints can be masked with an Omega profile.

PANEL CEILING B0 and B15
A panel ceiling is designed to be used on vessels and in industrial land projects. Various classes of fire protection are met thanks to insulation from non-combustible mineral wool. An even / smooth / surface and an easy assembly are main advantages of this type of construction.
Construction
The ceiling consists of lining elements, girders and suspending elements. As lining elements there are used ceiling strips, 300 mm wide, with thermal insulation from non-combustible mineral wool density 110 kg/m3 . Lengtwise edges are shaped in such a way that they form their own "feathers" thanks to which panels are connected smoothly. A connector put into an edge of a strips makes this construction rigid / it's also a mounting element of a supporting structure /. Mounting girders together with ceiling profiles form a supporting structure. The supporting structure is hung up to the deck / or ceiling / with suspension metal elements which eneble to make an easy connection with girders and flexible levelling of ceiling higher class of fire protection is obtained by putting an additional layer of mineral wool as panels and girders.
