Propellers have two basic dimensions; diameter & pitch. Diameter is the distance measured across the propeller hub line from the outer edge of the circle that is made by the propellerÕs blades during rotation. Pitch is the distance that a boat will travel if rotated one revolution without any slippage. When describing a propeller both the diameter and pitch are given. The diameter is referenced first and the pitch is second. Therefore, a 12'' x 9'' propeller would have a 12-inch diameter and a 9-inch blade pitch.

Currently, a full line of Aluminum Propellers are available to fit 9.9HP thru 300HP to include I/Os. These propellers are intended as OEM replacements with OEM equivalent geometries. Using these OEM equivalent geometries ensures equivalent performance and rpm parity with the original propellers. To ensure strength and long service life, we produce these propellers using a low pressure casting process and a high quality aluminum alloy. This combination provides a propeller with the capability of being easily welded/repaired, a capability traditional die cast alloys simply cannot match.

Since the summer of 2007, inquiries from, both, our U.S. and global markets indicated a high demand for an alternate source of high quality stainless replacement propellers for the New Yamaha 350HP 4/stroke Motor.
