The project of Emozione 74 certainly grows out not only of the evolution of Emozione 55, but it also maintains the close elegance and the nobility of the design of her younger sister.
As Emozione 55, it is considered as spirit of past times recalling the nautical culture of the beginning of the XXth century.
What mark the difference are its features for "off-shore": light hull but with a great sleek broadside, performing and a little bit nautical shapes.
The pilothouse is protected by the bulwark, the deckhouse is larger and the exterior and the interior are more hinged. The Fly Bridge is conceived as a balcony on the sea.
The engine for boat is powerful and especially reliable: two 1550 Hp MAN, which means the best.
The vocation for off-shore navigation has made Emozione 74 capable of long-race cruising and rich equipments: two 16 KW and 10.4 KW generators for boats, 7,000 lt. diesel boat tanks for a 500 miles autonomy range and a 200 lt./h desalinator. Moreover there are all the best electronic instruments for navigation, on marine board system management and continuous check up of the safety system. The hull and all the structures are made with a fibreglass, kevlar and carbon infusion for the best weight/strength result. |

Safety – Space – Range – Solidity
The Kéréon 77' designed by Galileo Yacht perfectly illustrates the concept of the range, which also features 57' and 47' models. Its specification stipulated maximum fuel consumption of 1.2 l per nautical mile. The bow bulbs and the slick styling of each boat catamaran hull have achieved this target, giving the Kéréon 77' a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots. Designed for long-range, ocean-going navigation in all latitudes, the Kéréon has all the marine equipment required to ensure total autonomy and a level of comfort commensurate with a 100' yacht. All the benefits of a catamaran hull are displayed on the Kéréon, which provides more than 250 m2 living space on a craft just 77' long.
The first Kéréon 77' will be delivered in late 2006 to its European owner. The Kéréon 77' by Galileo Yacht beats a yacht of equal size for spaciousness, stability, comfort, speed and eco-friendliness – and has rolled back the boundaries of the fast-trawler concept.

The hull and various ports of the superstructure, for example, are built using the leading edge of proven lamination technology in the boat building industry, including vacuum bagging and in some cases for boats the SCRIMP process of advanced composites and resin infusion. We also use advanced composites wherever possible to further increase strength, decrease weight and maintenance, and build in peace and quiet.
