Nordhavns have been setting records since the very first N46 was launched in 1989. Indeed, more Nordhavns have made successful ocean passages and global circumnavigations than all other production powerboats combined. In 2002, a Nordhavn 40 completed a 26,000-mile circumnavigation in less than 26 weeks without a single breakdown or mishap.
The new Nordhavn 47 has continued this record-setting heritage even before hull number one was launched. Twenty-two orders were received sight unseen, making her the most successful new product launch in P.A.E.’s history. Now that these first N47’s are out cruising, trawler lovers are flocking to them in record numbers

With it, you will not pass unperceived.
P53 Expedition Yacht represents what can be done of more compact and large in this type of boat. With its a little retro look of tug boat, it hides an exceptional volume distributed on three bridges. Thus, five cabins offer the bed for eight people, the captain having his personal cabin behind the wheelhouse. One of these cabins can be transformed into gymnasium, for example, or in office. Propelled by large, slow and powerful engine, having large tanks, it offers a range authorizing the most far voyages. With him, you will discover the world in an armchair. A true boat house with living all the year in comfort.

The Nordhavn 47 is known as being a very large 47-foot boat and now P.A.E.'s designers have actually made it bigger by extending it by five feet. The Nordhavn 52, a slight evolution of its smaller sister, is quickly gaining popularity amongst buyers who love the interior space and offshore capability of the 47 but are looking for an updated look to their boat.

The Necton 55 is an Explorer Vessel more than 17 meters long, designed and constructed for more difficult cruising situations. It is constructed entirely in steel with three decks, making it very spacious with the ample storage space that is needed for long range sailing. The hull has been designed to guarantee minimum fuel consumption but excellent comfort even in very rough seas.
The interiors include the full length master suite, two guest cabins and births for the crew in the prow; the intermediate deck houses all the common rooms, a large lounge with dining area, kitchen and steering compartment. Great attention was dedicated to the exterior design. The cockpit in the intermediate deck opens directly into the main lounge and gives easy access to the stern platform, while the large flying bridge holds a second steering compartment, tender housing and fitted areas for open air life.

After his fantastic crossing of the Atlantic with his small trawler of 6,50m, the naval architect Yves Kinard from Mayrik Yacht Design signs a new drawing, that of a “Trawler Express” of 17,60m (57,7 feet). Trawler because it is conceived with comfortable installations, an interior completion and a drawing in the tradition of the American boats, but “express” because it is possible to choose a very motorized solution propelling this beautiful unit with more than thirty knots thanks to its very powerful hull with “through the waves” bulbous bow, propellers in tunnels and its two engines of 1.000 hp. However two other motorizations are considered. One not very powerful, corresponds to philosophy trawler, the other, still being studied would propose an electric complement with the most powerful version, thus authorizing great crossings. Built out of aluminum with a luxurious interior, it is addressed to customers in love with the beautiful boats to the traditional aspect which will find in this unit a truth large yacht, without its size, combining performances and autonomy. Suggested with a traditional plan of installations, it can, in dialog with the customer, being adapted and personalized.

One of the most popular Nordhavns to be launched, the 55 appealed to those looking for a yacht possessing the most modern conveniences and enhanced living arrangements while still maintaining superior seakeeping qualities. One of our “third generation” models in which aesthetics was given as much consideration as function, the Nordhavn 55 quickly became a market favorite.
For some, however, the added height of the 55 – while a proven design advantage that ensures superior stability by allowing the engine, fuel tanks and water tanks to be positioned very low – kept the look decidedly more trawler-like and slightly out of proportion

The Nordhavn 62 has been described by experts as "the finest oceangoing, luxury yacht ever produced under 70 feet." This statement sums up what P.A.E. set out to do in the design and construction of this vessel. Conceived after developing the now famous Nordhavn 46, she represents an uncompromising approach to the principles of full displacement design as set forth by Captain Robert Beebe in his original book Voyaging Under Power. Enjoying the benefits of a decade-long evolution, the 62 has matured into a proven, timeless passagemaker that has achieved an impressive record of successful ocean voyages. Capable of cruising non-stop in excess of 3,000 nautical miles at 9 knots, it is a vessel designed to take her owners around the world in comfort, style and safety.

New interior layouts provide more and better options for living and entertaining. A more spacious aft deck features dual wing doors and a new enclosure that protects the outside dining area from harsh weather, while opening easily to let in the sun. The flybridge overhang has also been extended further aft to provide more protection from the elements.
The 65RP also features port and starboard-side pilothouse doors, easier engine room access through a new port-side door, and a host of other performance and luxury features.
What hasn't changed is her top-performing Fexas-designed hull, making the 65RP the best for comfort and stability among blue-water cruisers.
