The new S 280 features stunning good looks combined with exceptional handling and performance. Its long list of standard features includes rich teak accents, a fiberglass hardtop with a white powder coated aluminum frame, an overhead electronics box, an overhead storage bag, integral overhead interior lighting, three spreader lights, a Clarion AM/FM/CD stereo, complete with an MP3/Ipod jack, remote and four stereo speakers. Even front and side helm canvas curtains are standard for a dry, comfortable ride even in inclement weather.
The helm features a split leaning post with flip up helm and companion bolsters and fixed arm rests for comfortable operation from a seated or standing position. For one of the most comfortable rides on the boat, deploy the folding aft stern seat, sit back and hold on. Strategically-placed cushions provide lumbar support while you're seated and function as essential coaming pads when the seat is not in use and folded flush. The console affords lockable storage and conceals a head compartment with holding tank, pump out and macerator.
Other creature comforts include an Isotherm stainless steel drawer refrigerator and a molded-in 140-quart combination cooler/cushioned stern bench to keep your food and beverages cool and easily accessible. Twin 29-gallon insulated in-deck lockers with pump out serve to stow your catch or function as spacious storage compartments to keep the deck clear of gear.
The molded-in split-bow seating area of the S 280 Sport affords additional seating for relaxing or entertaining and provides lockable rod storage, complete with padded reel protectors. The large raised foredeck area features an aggressive non-skid surface for more secure footing while you are boarding or cast netting from the bow.

The 3000 Open exhibits the traditional sheer and style lines of the Tiara Yachts® Open family. While there is no mistake that it is a Tiara Yachts Open, the exterior features, including the deck, standard hardtop, composite windshield and stainless steel bow rail, all work together to create a look that is also unique. The stance of the boat is a powerful combination of beauty and strength, and the the boat shows its true colors when under way with a perfect running attitude and performance characteristics that are unmatched.
The exterior features of the 3000 Open are a blend of traditional values and new design. The lower cockpit is wide-open and functional with a combination of seating, storage, fish features and space to allow the afternoon cruise or the early morning fishing adventure. Optional seats fold down on the port and starboard sides of the cockpit for additional guests and then fold back up so as not to get in the way while fishing. There is plenty of storage in floor boxes and within seat lockers, and the serious angler can add the optional bait well to the transom. Consistent with all Tiara Yachts, the port and starboard walkways to the foredeck are wide and accessible via molded-in steps. The bow rail enhances the beauty and safety of the boat, as does our patented diamond non-skid surface. From the creative use of space to the use of maintenance free batteries, every tiny facet of the 38 Flybridge Convertible has been subject to the most rigorous consideration. the result is a vessel that inspires confidence and delivers an incomparable standard of pleasure.
For a marine designer, nothing is more satisfying than that which functions perfectly whilst being aesthetically pleasing. On this vessel examples abound: the swim platform with its cleverly integrated rail around the aft edge not only makes re-boarding easier but looks terrific; the optional
RtM light, low profile hardtop makes for a more sleek appearance whilst pushing the clears out further to create more internal space; and the new sweeping tinted windscreen not only offers maximum visibility but adds to the 38's elegant, unencumbered lines.
In keeping with our larger Flybridge Convertibles, the exhausts have been moulded into the hull design and are located underwater to minimize both fumes and noise. the pulpit also features a heavy duty, through bowsprit anchor launch and retrieval system: similar to that used on larger models, it provides better protection to the bowsprit and a far more sophisticated look when the anchor is housed.
the styling of the hull contributes to an especially stable, dry ride - yet the handling is surprisingly agile. Engine options ranging from the standard twin 370hp Volvo diesels to twin 425hp Cummins.
