A New Generation In Cargo Tank Gauging
Radar Tank Gauging
MarRAD® is a unique and fully integrated radar tank gauging system for the monitoring of temperature, pressure, high level and overfill, and is fully compatible with loading systems.
The intrinsically safe MarRAD® offers a user friendly PC controlled display, with graphical displays showing a clear indication of all tank parameters.
Cargo Pressure & Temperature Gauging
At the heart of the system is the Deck Mount Module (DMM) which contains the highly accurate, non contact radar head, which is designed to monitor the full range of liquid products carried by modern tankers. Additional to this, the DMM has the facility to integrate tank pressure and multi-point temperature sensors for a total cargo-monitoring package.
Unique 'smart barriers' transmit the data over a single (or dual redundant) communication link to the system display and processing unit located in the control room. Twin screen options allow monitoring of both cargo and ballast tanks simultaneously, offering the ultimate convenience.

IMO Resolution MEPC 107 (49) came into effect on 1st January 2005 and applies to all new installations of oil content monitors within engine room spaces. This applies to existing ships and ships whose keel is laid on of after 1st January 2005. The Rivertrace "Smart-Cell" Bilge Alarm meets the requirements of MEPC 107 (49) for monitoring of 3 oil types: Fuel Oil, Diesel and Emulsions. By utilising the "Smart- Cell" Detector Array Technology, technology developed by Rivertrace, the Bilge Alarm analyses all three oil types simultaneously without the need for re-calibration. A manual cell clean device is included as standard to easily enable routine maintenance. Optical cell fouling is recognised as a leading cause of monitor malfunction or incorrect reading. By simple operation of the manual clean device, the "Smart-Cell" remains in optimum operating condition.

The alarm system consists of a binary data station PS 47-1-12 and one or more alarm systems AHD
530. The data station has 12 optocoupler inputs that are transformed into a serial output signal. Over
only one wire, the data are transferred to the alarm systems, which assign the inputs 1 to 9 to the
alarms 1 to 9.
Every alarm can operate as normally closed or open, can be switch-on and/or switch-off delayed
between 1 to 60s and can have the function of an alarm or a message. Also, every input can be blocked
(activated) by any other input.

Consilium’s Salwico CS4000 fire alarm system is a fully adaptive analogue addressable system. In an alarm situation it can easily identify the unit that has given the alarm and is therefore capable of giving correct information about the exact location of the fire at a very early stage
The Salwico CS4000 offers extremely reliable fire detection with a high degree of protection against unwanted alarms. Every loop unit in the CS4000 has a built-in intelligence and can initiate a fire alarm all by itself.
The Salwico CS4000 is designed and developed to meet with the demands of all major classification societies, the EN-45 rules and the new European standard MED. The system is very user-friendly with a self-instructing control panel, which with clear and easily understood instructions on the display, leads the operator through the various functions.

In an emergency, people must not only be able to hear an alarm - but understand its message. Autronica's voice alarm avoids the use of confusing and often frightening emergency bells or sirens. Our voice alarm uses a public address system (PA) to tell the public what the emergency is, where it is, and what to do. A calm, authoritative voice - either a prerecorded message or, when necessary, a live announcement, gives the public clear and informative instructions.
People are able to distinguish immediately between fire drills or tests and a real emergency situation. In case of a fire breakout, the public can be directed safely to specific exits, away from danger areas. Integrated into an Autronica fire detection system with point detectors and aspirating detectors, you will achieve the safest and most reliable solution in shopping centres - allowing the fastest evacuation in an emergency situation.

CAPACITIVE SENDER
Codice prodotto: HPCHDS/ HPCHDV / HPCHG /
INTERNATIONAL PATENT.
Our new capacitive level sender offers precision of measurement, reliability and quality that are
always sought after and appreciated by the end-users. They were designed to meet the demand
for a precise, durable, universal and user-friendly sending unit. The following characteristics
reflect its major features and advantages:
- Capacitive level sender is compatible with the majority of the measuring gauges present in the market (Osculati, Aqua Meter, Vetus, Gaffrig, VDO, Faria) and can be programmed to work with any other non-standard gauge.
- It has only two connecting cables as if it were a regular resistive sender. This feature makes its installation extremely easy because no additional cables have to be provided.
- Our patented electronic system allows the sender to feed autonomously.
- It can be connected to the gauge in place of any existing sender without any special adjustments. Thus the are no costs associated with switching to this type of sender from any other current model.
Capacitive level senders can be used for FUEL, WATER AND WASTEWATER. The sender of each
category in its turn can be either generic or dedicated.

Our tank sensor is driven by the air pressure generated by the water level. It must be installed in the upper part of the tank with the rubber hose that enters the tank so that, when the level of the water increases reaching the rubber hose, the pressure switch effects the contact. The pressure switch, located outside the tank, is a normal on-off switch that, being electrically connected with the control panel of our WCs (grey/black cable), warns through a red led that the tank is nearly full (usually the led is green).
The sensor may be used to commutate different alarms.
It is activated when, further to the water thrust, air pressure generates within the rubber hose. The switch commutates to ON when the water will have submerged the rubber hose for nearly five centimeters.
The sensor is really reliable since there is no mechanical movement in the tank but only the air pressure (there is also a retardant that prevents contact in case of movement of the water while at sea, since the air pressure must remain for over 3 seconds at a given level).

Skywatch AWS offers three functions : it measures, displays and warns ther user both visually and audibly of air speed (W), temperature (T) and humidity (H).
Minimum and maximum values for temperature and humidity can be adjusted individually. Air (wind) speed can measured on two levels (Hi & Lo). The control unit, which operates independently from the sensors, is designed for multiple applications.
|
|
What you need is an instrument designed to measure and display wind speed, featuring three levels of visual and audible alarms, which the user can readily adjust :
- Level one warns of an above-average wind force
- Level two is a prompt for action
- Level three indicates a critical situation
