Rondal has a wealth of experience with both standard and customised deck equipment. In addition to our famous deck blocks, we also design, engineer and produce a wide range of tailor-made deck equipment.
From Genoa fairleads and mainsail travellers to running backstay flying and deck mounted blocks, all serve as examples of customised craftsmanship at its best. And all meet every conceivable function that owners and captains could require.
Our deck equipment is instantly recognisable from its stylish design. This sophisticated nautical look complements the inherent functionality and reliability of the equipment. Safety remains the paramount concern.
Rondal deck blocks are designed with a journal bearing capable of handling the increasing loads on the sheets and halyards of larger sailing yachts. Two different styles are available, with either oval or circular openings in the cheeks of the deck blocks.
When decided to request price information please send a deck- and sailplan. With this information we can inform you better.

Genoa Cars are used for leading sheets from an adjustable deck position, to a cockpit winch.
Our low profile sheet blocks have small diameter wide rollers keeping the sheeting position close to the deck and coping with changes of direction. The Robust spring plungers locate positively in the track holes whilst the knob pull is profiled to minimise rope snarl ups.
The towed car model R2667 is controlled from the cockpit to any position along the track. This method of adjustment is faster and more convenient for racing boats.

The new mainsheet and genoa system in Rutgersons Transatlantic series increases the durability of some of the most exposed parts of a yachts equipment.
Good functionality and good design go hand in hand, and this is certainly true of Rutgerson Transatlantic series. The unique construction has also made it possible to reduce the size of the equipment drastically - which has a whole range of benefits, not least a reduced risk of injury to the crew.

Patented flexing spring provides fast response and a constant force for vang efficiency
The boomstrut's lightweight, low-profile design features two flexible coated fibreglass rods which provide the force to support the boom. Pulling the boom downwith a conventional kicker causes the Boomstrut to flex upwards; releasing straightens the rods, thereby lifting and supporting the boom.
Maintenance-free, durable design
Eliminates friction and sliding parts.
Improved performance
Less weight and windage
Easy installation
There's no need to replace your existing hardware - the Boomstrut mounts independently inside the existing kicking strap tackle.
Simple-to-follow instructions
The Boomstrut is supplied with complete fitting instructions and more comprehensive details are available on our website, www.bartonmarine.com.
