Selden backstay tensioners have smooth, clean surfaces. Even the wire terminal is fully covered. These low-weight backstay tensioners are simple to use. All you do is insert a standard winch handle and turn. The tensioner has a maximum working load of 30 kN. The stroke is an ample 250 or 400 mm, depending on the length of the tensioner.

Selden rigging screws are made from high-grade, marine stainless steel.
The rigging screws have cold rolled threads and are polished for higher corrosion resistance. The threads are lubricated with Selden rigging screw oil prior to delivery. To keep your rigging screws in good condition, please clean and lubricate them regularly with our special rigging screw oil.

U-Bolts All Stainless steel engineered construction complete with top plate, nuts and washers, supplied as standard. Collars on the shanks of the bolt whilst adding to the appearance also allows the nuts to be fully hardened up and help dissipate water seepage. For stronger anchorage points, we advise the additional stainless steel backing plates. The popular economy range of 'U' bolts are manufactured from Stainless Steel type 304 and have crimped ears.

Stay Adjusters allow wire rigging systems to be altered by means of a clevis pin. All models constructed from stainless steel strip with different sizes and spacings.
The fine tune adjuster R4394 is a must for hotshot dinghy crews. Pivoting foot utilising three holes always gives a straight line between shroud and full anchorage point, plus a fine 2mm adjustment.
R4392 Shroud "SPINI" roller acts as guide for sheet when reaching. Fits all RWO shroud adjusters with 5mm, (3/16in.) holes.
Shroud Levers improve downwind performance by allowing the mast to lean forward and permitting the boom to be squared off. Another use of the lever is to instantly slacken the tension in standing rigging; both on boats and hang gliders. Two models are available, both having an easy to grip handle and adjustable throw. Both levers are strong enough for sailboats up to 5.9m. (18ft.) long and can be safely used in winds up to 20 knots.
