Series 76 blocks. Plain bearing robust strong and reliable is the only way to describe these big rope blocks.
Load carrying frame, all constructed from stainless steel primed thru with dome headed bolts. Clean smooth moulded body in dark gery. Plain bearing sheaves run freely on generous stainless steel bushes. Forged 6mm shackle compliments loading power and attaches via RWO Swivelstat system giving swivel, in line or across options.
Ideal for large cruising yachts and many industrial applications.

Real performance even in the small blocks has always been a Nautos principle.
The Mininox is evidence of this. Rollers over a hard axie handle a freater load than balls.

Assembled with balls or rollers in Peek, K-Blocks guarantee very low friction.
KARVER K-BLOCKS EXCLUSIVE ADVANTAGES:
- SAFETY: lashing through the block center significantly increases safety in event the block fails. The line running through the block remains captive by the lashing, not allowing it to completely break free.
- LIGHT WEIGHT: These exceptionally light blocks, combined with the lashing method of attachment, allow to reduce weight up to 50% as compared to conventional block with similar working load.
- ATTACHMENT: lashing through the center of the block offers unlimited applications and mounting possibilities (double lashing, becket...), the block can be tied up easily.
- REDUCED NOISE: lashing block greatly reduces noise created by mechanical attachments such as shackles and pins.
KARVER K-Blocks are available for safe working loads going from 0.2 to 4.5 T.

Ball bearing blocks
The ball bearings provide for good sheave rotation with the lowest possible friction.
The blocks feature stainless steel ball bearings, stainless steel ball bearing races and glass fibre reinforced sheave for best bearing strength even under high dynamic loads.
Acetal bearing cages to prevent ball-to-ball friction and to reduce weight.
Available in 20, 30 and 40 mm sheave diameters.

|
- Complete range of ball bearing blocks
- Modern design
- Innovative design with two lateral races of ball bearings
- Smooth running for low load and high speed action
- Under high load the hub runs on stainless steel bush which allows the sheave to run freely
- Light cheeks protecting the sheave
- Wide choice of fastenings thanks to the universal head
- The sheave can be removed for maintenance

Titanium is not allowed in all classes, that is why KARVER offers its KBTi without titanium. The KBs are exactly the same as the KBTi, with stainless steel instead of titanium.
The cheeks are in carbon fibers, the bearings in ceramic or in high strengh alloy and the other parts are in "HR" stainless steel.
ADVANTAGES OF THE KBs
- Very low friction under load
- Very light weight
- Minimum size
- Maximum safety
- Unique design
KBs are available for working loads up to 12T.
|
|
Designed with the Volvo 70's and the Cup boat sailing teams, the low friction KBTi blocks are 60 to 70% lighter than any other existing block on the market.
The cheeks are in carbon fibers, the bearings in ceramic or in high strengh alloy and the other parts are in titanium.
ADVANTAGES OF THE KBTi
- Very low friction under load
- Very light weight
- Minimum size
- Maximum safety
- Unique design
KBTi are available for working loads up to 12T.

Lewmar's new high performance Synchro Control Blocks are extremely lightweight with unprecedented load bearing capability. The sheave uses MRT (Metal Replacement Technology) which, combined wiht the stainless steel central race and balls, deliver the ultimate efficiency and weight advantage. Cheeks use Long Fibre Technology giving exceptional strength and durability. The clever, open design facilitates easy flushing of sand and salt, for smooth running and simple maintenance.

Add dazzle to your boat with elegant stainless steel blocks. Sideplates are polished to a high luster to reflect your boat's beauty, whether it's classic wood, or a modern cruiser.
Sheaves
Cruising ESP sheaves feature axle bearings to handle high, static loads and sideload balls so sheaves spin freely when loads are released. They are perfect for halyards or limited purchase systems on cruising boats. Cruising ESP blocks are easy to install. Footblocks and deck organizers can be double stacked.
Teardrops
Teardrop blocks keep lines close to the deck and are used for mast collars with integral swivel posts. Perforated mast collars, or mastbase situations where the lead may change, require swivel blocks.
Footblocks
Footblocks are available with lockoffs to temporarily secure sheets. A single block works for either port or starboard applications by flipping it over.
Swivels and Fiddles
Use Cruising ESP swivel and fiddle blocks in winch-driven purchases of 4:1 or less. Perfect for vangs or mainsheet systems on cruising boats from 35 ft to 45 ft (10 m to 14 m).

New from Antal the ONE PIECE FRAME block, the block without pins or screws is a light and strong solution: simply a hard black anodized and teflon coated aluminum frame in one piece.
A complete range from 60 to 160 mm sheaves in single, double, triple, fiddle, and deck versions, for webbing or shackle connection.
Sizes are based on the available range of HR shackles, on their safe working load (W) and breaking strength (R). So the following 7 sizes from 60 to 160 mm.

Ball Bearing Orbit Blocks%u2122 boast the highest strength-to-weight ratio available.
This is achieved through all-composite reinforced polymer materials and a Dyneema® rope link head. Their precision design allows the optimum number of ball bearings in loaded areas and eliminates them in inactive areas. Ineffective mass is reduced even further through fibre-reinforced composites in the block head, cleat arms and beckets.
