- Each place is integrated in the port graphic plan and allows to manage the property, la concession, and the renting and under renting. It is possible to manage the availability of each single place regarding the booking places.
- It is possible to define the size corresponding to the boat type for each place. A checking will allow to display the discrepancies between the ship sizes and the place possibility. You are also immediately informed if the place and boat sizes do not feet.
- The place information sheet is user friendly and detailed. The place history is available for consultation via thumbnails and you can personalize it. (Invoices, departure, port of call, boats%u2026). An easy access is done by a simple double or right clicks.

The DockMaster Storage & Billing module is a slip, rack, and yard management system that works in conjunction with VisualMarina and Reservations. Storage & Billing is the core module of the DockMaster marina management system. A database of customer boats, slips, racks, or other storage locations are maintained by the system. Information such as location, length, beam, draft, height, type, electric, water, phone, and availability is kept on file for each slip or rack. Storage and Billing interfaces with Reservations, Point of Sale, Service, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.

VisualMarina provides its users with a graphical depiction of their facility. The visual map allows the user to view the marina, drystack or yard at any given date to check availability, move, check-in or depart a boat. The user can also view boat and customer information for a given slip or rack location with the click of a mouse.

DockMaster POS gives operators a tool to manage their customer purchases. When integrated with inventory and special orders modules, DockMaster POS provides valuable reporting capabilities to track buying trends, automate buying at specified levels and quickly place orders for one-time or out-of-stock items.

The DockMaster Reservation System assists in the management of slip reservations and identification of availability. For billing and checkout purposes the system accumulates all charges for a transient slip customer. Interfaced with Storage & Billing, Reservations gives you complete control of your marina facility. Reservation Entry provides the user with the ability to enter customer/boat information and then search for availability based on the information given. Only date of arrival and length of stay are required to check availability. Other information is available if the customer requests amenities.
