Con-o-lift's rugged OTR trailers deliver superior performance for the discerning long-distance carrier. These premium quality trailers are specifically designed to meet the demands of the commercial, over-the-road boat-hauler, providing superior quality, performance, and corrosion resistance.
All OTR trailers are supplied with complete hot-dip galvanizing protection for maximum service life. A complete stainless steel hardware package is provided, including pivot pins, fasteners, and hydraulic shafts and fittings.
These trailers feature 22,500 lb Dexter axles, complete with Firestone air-ride suspension, and 235/75R17.5 radial tires mounted on hot dip galvanized rims. The rugged steel frame is engineered to bear the vessel weight on 6" x 6" hardwood keel beams, while electronic overrides in the air suspension system provide a frame lift range of 13" - 21" over the crossbeams.
The hull is stabilized with six fully adjustable hydraulic arms. The arms also extend (manual extension) to accommodate deep-keel sailing vessels. In addition, these trailers are designed with rotating rear arms to provide greater flexibility.
Con-o-lift OTR trailers are also equipped with hydraulic front landing gear, designed to facilitate independent operation on the launch ramp (by means of a truck-mounted winch). The trailer includes a self-contained power unit and air-supply to allow the hydraulic functions and air brakes to operate without attachment to the tow vehicle.
These trailers come standard-equipped with wireless remote control for added convenience and safety. A manual back-up control panel for all functions is also provided in a gooseneck-mounted lockable storage cabinet.

YSC40 Marathon combi spreader:
The spreader is capable of top-lifting 20', 30' or 40' ISO containers, as well as bottom lifting containers and swap bodies at 4876 mm centres, up to 9'6" high and 2,6 m wide. Grapple arms lower automatically from the parked to the lifting position. Prior to lifting, the grapple arms squeeze automatically to ensure correct location in the container or swap body grapple pockets. Incorporated in the 4 grapple feet are sensors which ensure that hoisting can only occur if all 4 feet are correctly engaged, and that disengagement will not occur during hoisting.

The Kuenz know-how, gained over the years by designing special cranes was a key element for succeeding in designing and developing a superior spreader solution in-house. The Kuenz spreader is fully integrated into the Kuenz crane management system.

Spreader Model 8520 piggy back telescopic spreader is a combined container/trailer handling spreader for Rail Mounted or Rubber Tyred Gantry cranes. It is renowned in the industry for its dependability and reliability in tough container handling and piggy back rail road applications. ELME%u2019s patented leg-folding system is standard and allows for block stacking of containers. The 8520 is fitted with ISO quick exchange floating twistlocks. It also features four bolted-in side guides or four hydraulically operated corner flippers. Twistlocks and sleeves are made out of forged steel. A mechanical safety device prevents accidental unlocking. It extends from 20 to 40 ft.
The extension beams slide on self lubricating wear strips. Tough rubber pads mounted between the beams and frame dampen shocks and help reduce noise. Each beam has an individual hydraulic extension cylinder. The three-point cylinder mounting absorbs shock loads from all directions. Rugged mechanical stops ensure that each telescopic position is maintained during the container handling operation. Two electric motor-and pump assemblies ensure simultaneous extension of both beams. Leg clamp and load sensing functions are monitored to ensure maximum safety during the piggy back operation. Leg centre distance is 4876mm - in conformance with European standard. Control voltage from the crane is always converted to 24VDC for safety and reliability. The ELME 8520 features standard safety systems such as blocked beam extension function as soon as the spreader is seated and/or locked. Besides the mechanical locking system, an electrical safety prevents twistlock operation if all four corners are not properly seated.

OHA-Fully automatic overheight frame
The Timars OHA-frame is a fully automatic overheight spreader which has been developed in order to assist operators with the most safe and efficient handling of oversized goods; like flats, bolsters and open top containers.
The OHA-frame is attached under any parent spreader with ISO standard base measure, by the twistlocks of the parent spreader only, and acts as "extended legs" to the parent spreader. This means a much safer and faster than handling goods with chains. No adjustments or additional equipment is needed on the parent spreader for attaching or deattaching the Timars OHA-frame. No external power supply or hydraulics is needed neither for attaching nor in operation. The locking of the twistlocks of the Timars OHA-frame is pure mechanical design and works on gravity and lift principle, which means that locking and unlocking of the twistlocks is made by lifting the overheight spreader. This leads to less down-time, operational advantages such as Timars OHA is not depending of pressure on the parent twistlocks or malfunction in a hydraulic system due to temperate differences. This of course also has brought down the maintenance time and costs to a minimum.
